Summary created out of 265 reviews

EuroParcs Zuiderzee boasts a beautiful location directly on the Veluwemeer, with convenient access to Elburg, Harderwijk and attractions like Walibi. The park offers spacious playgrounds, a large indoor play area and animation programmes that keep families with children entertained. However, the park faces significant challenges: the swimming pool is frequently described as ice-cold, dirty and outdated, cleaning of accommodations often falls short with dust, stains and mould, and there is considerable maintenance backlog affecting furniture, doors and technical installations. Staff reviews are mixed – some are friendly and helpful, others unfriendly or overwhelmed – and communication and customer service frequently disappoint, with guests being passed from pillar to post.

We camped for a few days on the field right next to the edge of the forest. Beautiful location. There were a lot of old rabbit burrows at the campsites. Upon arrival, we found that the pool was closed. We hadn’t been informed about this. Later, we learned that we could go to the pool in Kampen or Harderwijk and have the receipt reimbursed. Unfortunately, it was too late for us. One day, I slipped and fell in the restroom because the floor was slippery from recent cleaning. I reported this to the front desk, since there were no warning signs or anything similar. The next day, the same thing happened again. Slippery floors, but no warning signs or anything similar. I reported it to the front desk again. They said they didn’t use signs because of the young people staying in the seasonal sites. They didn’t have any other solution off the top of their heads either. A note on the door seems like an easy solution to me, but apparently they didn’t think of that themselves. Even though the park has a lot of potential, we won’t be coming back here.

When we arrived at the park, we were casually informed that the pool is closed during peak season!!! Both kids, ages 4 and 7, were totally upset. The house looked clean at first glance, but then, unfortunately, on the day we arrived!!!! We dropped something on the floor; when we wiped it up, the cloth was black!! This place wasn’t cleaned at all!! The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. We’ll go to Europark Zuiderzee once, but never again!

The location of the glamping tent by the water is very beautiful. As other reviews have noted, there is a lot of overdue maintenance and mold. And, above all, a lot of noise.

Nice location. Too bad that fishing at the campground is only allowed from one dock. There’s plenty to do nearby.
Our tiny house was a huge disappointment. The two sleeping areas weren’t suitable for adults, nor for our 14-year-old son (1.80 m).
The pool is closed, and the facilities close as early as 8:00 PM. That’s quite early, especially during peak season.
We responded via email to their request to report any issues so they could look into them right away. So, they’re not following up on this.

Leuke locatie.

A good park if you're into getting ripped off.
    - Indoor pool closed during peak season
    - Beer tap out of service, no food
    - Half of the indoor area closed due to renovations
, except of course the coin-operated machines

    - Bowling alley: Pay for 1 hour, play for 45 minutes

It’s only been 2 out of 7 days of vacation, and I’m already looking forward to going back to work.

Guter Park, wenn man auf Abzocke steht.
    - Hallenbad in der Hauptsaison geschlossen
    - Zapfanlage außer Betrieb, kein Essen
    - Halber Indor-Bereich wegen Umbau
    geschlossen, außer natürlich die Kleingeld
    Automaten
    - Bowlingbahn: 1Stunde zahlen, 45min spielen
