    We really liked the cottage, although there was a lot of dust! We arrived at 5:30 pm (the reservation said we could check in between 4 and 6 pm), but the front desk was already closed. We got nervous until we found a phone number and the staff member on duty came to us! The pool was terrible, I have never seen such a bad pool! The water was so polluted with chemicals that our skin immediately started to burn and itch, and we were not the only ones! The showers didn't work! The locker room was very cold! The slide scratched my son's back! The pizza in the restaurant was brought in a cardboard box, without even offering cutlery! Bowling - no one waited at the reception, we decided to take shoes ourselves, the folding rim for children did not go all the way down after his turn! And finally: our car was damaged in the parking lot, this happened right in front of a security camera, but we did not manage to get someone from the administration to look at the camera and help find the culprit.

    We vonden het huisje erg leuk, hoewel er veel stof was! We kwamen om 17:30 uur aan (in de reservering stond dat we tussen 16:00 en 18:00 uur konden inchecken), maar de receptie was al gesloten. We raakten nerveus totdat we een telefoonnummer vonden en de dienstdoende medewerker naar ons toe kwam! Het zwembad was verschrikkelijk, ik heb nog nooit zo'n slecht zwembad gezien! Het water was zo vervuild met chemicaliën dat onze huid meteen begon te branden en jeuken, en wij waren niet de enigen! De douches werkten niet! In de kleedkamer was het erg koud! De glijbaan heeft krassen op de rug van mijn zoon gemaakt! De pizza in het restaurant werd in een kartonnen doos gebracht, zonder dat er zelfs maar bestek werd aangeboden! Bowling - niemand wachtte bij de receptie, we besloten zelf schoenen te nemen, de opklapbare rand voor kinderen ging na zijn beurt niet helemaal omlaag! En tot slot: onze auto werd beschadigd op de parkeerplaats, dit gebeurde vlak voor een bewakingscamera, maar we hebben niet kunnen bereiken dat iemand van de administratie de camera bekeek en hielp de dader te vinden.

    Through Social Deal booked a weekend away at this park. Afterwards we found out by chance that in the accommodation we booked there is no room for cribs in the bedrooms. We are traveling with 2 adults and 2 babies, making this accommodation simply unsuitable for us. After contacting the park, we found that there was no willingness to cooperate at all. We even offered to pay extra to book to another accommodation, but this was not possible, even though there were plenty of other cottages available at that time. The attitude of the staff was extremely disappointing and not very customer-oriented. The total lack of flexibility and solution-oriented thinking meant that the weekend could not go ahead. A missed opportunity and a very bad experience with EuroParcs.

    Via Social Deal een weekend weg geboekt bij dit park. Achteraf kwamen we er per toeval achter dat in de door ons geboekte accommodatie geen ruimte is voor kinderbedjes in de slaapkamers. Wij reizen met 2 volwassenen en 2 baby’s, waardoor deze accommodatie voor ons simpelweg ongeschikt is. Na contact met het park bleek dat er geen enkele bereidheid was om mee te denken. We hebben zelfs aangeboden extra te betalen om om te boeken naar een andere accommodatie, maar dit was niet mogelijk, terwijl er op dat moment nog voldoende andere huisjes beschikbaar waren. De houding van de medewerkers was bijzonder teleurstellend en weinig klantgericht. Door het totale gebrek aan flexibiliteit en oplossingsgericht denken kan het weekend niet doorgaan. Een gemiste kans en een zeer slechte ervaring met EuroParcs.

    Had made reservations for the bowling by phone. However, was apparently never written down because all lanes were fully booked. We found this out only after ten minutes. We drove to biddinghuizen for nothing and will never come back.

    Hadden telefonisch gereserveerd voor de bowling. Is echter blijkbaar nooit opgeschreven want alle banen waren volgeboekt. Hier kwamen we echter pas na tien minuten achter. We zijn dus voor piet snot naar biddinghuizen gereden, komen hier nooit meer terug.
