Chalet lodge (4 persons)

The Lodges Our chalet lodges have large sliding doors to the wooden terrace overlooking the large pond. The living room and terrace are made of scaffolding wood and are painted with earth tones. In these lodges you get the real glamping feeling and that while being in a real house! We call that glamping 2.0! Of course, there is a modern bathroom, central heating and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a combi-oven, a four-burner stove and a dishwasher. There are 2 double bedrooms with single box-spring beds. These can certainly be pushed side by side!

The vacation park The accommodations are located in the yard of a former farm. The sports fields (volleyball court, soccer field and tennis court) are free for everyone to use. There are also several exciting play equipment for small children. Especially popular are the go-karts and canoes. There is also a covered area with various playground equipment in the yard.

Additional services such as beer tap rental, catering, barbecue rental and outdoor activities are also offered.

Surroundings The small-scale vacation park is located on the border of Overijssel, Flevoland and Friesland. The park is located on the edge of the 1100-acre Kuinderbos, where you can enjoy hiking, cycling and horseback riding on the bridle paths. The location of the vacation park offers plenty of opportunities for various tourist trips. A visit to one of the old Zuiderzee villages such as Lemmer, Blokzijl, Vollenhove and Urk is definitely worthwhile. The Frisian lakes and forests of Gaasterland can also be reached within a half-hour drive from the park.

In the north of Overijssel are the wetlands, called the Weerribben (national nature park) and the Wieden. Slightly above that is the Rottige Meenthe. Together, these areas form a large low moorland area created by peat extraction in the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries. The area is largely open to the public. You can canoe, bike or walk there. A visit to the visitor center in Sint Jansklooster or in Ossenzijl is also worthwhile. The town of Giethoorn also deserves extra attention. Giethoorn, with its many canals, bridges and lakes, has been called the Venice of the North.
