The Accommodation This amazing 4-person Tiny House is suitable for the four of you to have a great time! This Tiny House is brand new and has everything you need to feel right at home. The house has two bedrooms with 4 single box-spring beds. In addition, the cottage has a bathroom with separate toilet and a living room with kitchen. The living room has air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio with CD player and a terrace with furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven-microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The Tiny House has stunning views of the vacation park.

The vacation park The accommodations are located in the yard of a former farm. The sports fields (volleyball field, soccer field and tennis court) are free to use by everyone. There are also several exciting play equipment for small children. Especially popular are the go-karts and the play boat. In the yard there is also a covered area with various playground equipment.

Additional service: beer tap rental, catering, barbecue rental, outdoor activities.

Surroundings The small-scale vacation park is located on the border of Overijssel, Flevoland and Friesland. The park is located on the edge of the 1100-acre Kuinderbos, which is crisscrossed by many miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails. The location of the vacation park offers ample opportunity for various tourist trips. A visit to one of the old Zuiderzee villages such as Lemmer, Blokzijl, Vollenhove and Urk is certainly worthwhile. The Frisian lakes and the forests of Gaasterland are also within a half-hour drive from the park.

In the Kop van Overijssel are the marshlands De Weerribben (national nature park) and the Wieden and a little above that is De Rottige Meenthe. Together, these areas form a large low moorland swamp created in the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries as a result of peat extraction. The area is largely open to the public. There is wonderful canoeing, biking and hiking. A visit to the visitor center in Sint Jansklooster or Ossenzijl is also worthwhile. Extra attention also deserves the town of Giethoorn. Giethoorn, with its many canals, bridges and lakes, has been called the Venice of the North.

What you should know about the park

Holiday park Eigen Wijze is a small-scale glamping in Flevoland with some beautiful safari tents by the water. Park 22 is peacefully tucked away in the Noordoostpolder with a rural, relaxed atmosphere. Guests particularly appreciate the beautiful waterside location, the friendly and helpful owners, and the spacious facilities for groups and events such as weddings. The park offers plenty for families: complimentary canoes, go-karts, playgrounds, a bouncy castle, and a swimming pond, ensuring children have a wonderful time.

    We stayed in a comfortable 8-person cottage. Everything was just fine! We also used the Kapschuur hall with a group of 130 people from Lifehouse Amsterdam; it had a great atmosphere, and the kitchen area was excellent as well. The only thing worth noting is that there aren’t quite enough restrooms for large groups.
    All in all, we had a really nice weekend there.

    Wij hadden een 8 persoons comfort huisje. Alles was prima in orde! Ook gebruiken we zaal Kapschuur met een groep van 130 mensen van Lifehouse Amsterdam; sfeervol, prima keuken gedeelte ook. Enige wat aan te merken is dat er voor grote groepen wat weinig toiletten zijn.
    Al met al een zeer fijn weekendje gehad daar.
