The Modus XL 4 stands for design, comfort and durability thanks to the latest gadgets. The modern, detached chalet is ground floor and suitable for 4 persons. The bright living area has a stylish sitting area with television, dining area and kitchen including a dishwasher, combination microwave and a Senseo machine or filter machine. The chalet has a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in Modus XL 4. Outside is a terrace with garden furniture and you have free wifi. You can park 1 car at the chalet. Please note: It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the house.

    Sehr schön angelegter, sauberer Park. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Stern Abzug vom Standort, weil der nächste größere Ort doch einige Kilometer entfernt liegt und man dann doch Rad oder Auto benötigt.

    Wir sind jetzt dreimal hier gewesen und kommen definitiv wieder. Wenn man erstmal weiß, wie welche Häuser ausgestattet sind und welche Qualität die Ausstattung hat, weiß man welche Häuser man am besten bucht. Manche sind eher außen hui, innen pfui. Die vielen Strandabschnitte sind toll. Der Spielplatz ist toll. Der Minimarkt und das Restaurant sind auch super. Als Ausgangslage für die umliegenden Orte, vor allem Harderwijk und Lelystad sehr zu empfehlen.

    Wir haben den Cube im Bereich Karekiet von einem Privatanbieter mit Abrechnung über den Europarc gemietet. Positiv Die Küchenzeile im Wohn und Essbereich war gut ausgestattet. Der Wohn und Essbereich ist liebe und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten mit Terrasse war ebenfalls sauber, ordentlich und mit Möbeln ausgestattet. Elektrogeräte (wir haben TV, Kühlschrank, Toaster und die Senseo genutzt) waren von guter Qualität. Negativ Im WC fehlt eine kleine Ablagefläche für Hygieneartikel oder Ersatzklorolle etc. In der Dusche fehlte ebenfalls eine Ablage für Duschgel und Shampoo Ganz großes Manko war, dass von Samstag bis Mittwoch Spätnachmittag die Heizung nicht ging bzw zu zwei bestimmten Tageszeiten nicht eiskalt sondern kalt war. Erst nach dreimaliger Reklamation an der Rezeption und nach 4 Tagen wurde was geändert und wir mussten nicht frieren. Die Tage und die Nächte waren recht kalt und regnerisch und die klammen Anziehsachen konnten nicht trocknen. Mit Kinder wäre ich abgereist! Daher kann ich dem Eigentümer keinen Vorwurf machen, da der Park in der Pflicht bzw in der Verantwortung ist.
