    Nice, quiet and clean park. The bungalow was right next to the canal, which is very cool. Unfortunately we had to wait 1 hour to check in and the sauna was not open despite being promised. But otherwise a good stay.

    Schöner, ruhiger und sauberer Park. Der Bungalow war direkt am angelegten Kanal, was sehr cool ist. Leider mussten wir 1 Stunde warten um einzuchecken und die Sauna war trotz Zusage auch nicht geöffnet. Ansonsten aber ein guter Aufenthalt.

    We booked this vacation home specifically for New Year's Eve because of the sauna and smart TV. Wellness, walking and watching movies was the plan. On site, it turned out that the sauna had been defective for a long time and the specified smart TV had no smart functions. We were not informed about either of these issues either before booking or on arrival, even though they were known defects. We would not have booked the accommodation under these conditions. The compensation offered was not adequate in our view. Very disappointing, especially as these were advertised features.

    Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus ausdrücklich über Silvester wegen Sauna und Smart-TV gebucht. Wellness, spazieren und Filme schauen war der Plan. Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass die Sauna seit längerer Zeit defekt war und der angegebene Smart-TV keine Smart-Funktionen hatte. Über beide Punkte wurden wir weder vor Buchung noch bei Anreise informiert, obwohl es sich um bekannte Mängel handelte. Unter diesen Voraussetzungen hätten wir die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Die angebotene Entschädigung war aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen. Sehr enttäuschend, insbesondere weil es sich um beworbene Ausstattungsmerkmale handelte.
