    Die Lage ist unweit vom Parkeingang, aber auch die Autobahn ist leider nicht sehr weit (im Hintergrund mal mehr, mal weniger hörbar). Das Haus (Cosy unique) war schwer zu finden, Beschilderung im Park unzureichend. Sehr kleine, hellhörige Zimmer, Matratzen unbequem, z. T. durchgelegen. Im Starter-Set fehlte ein Geschirrtuch, Mülltrennung naja. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis könnte m. E. besser sein. Fazit: Für ein Wochenende ok, aber nicht länger…

    Wij hebben voor dit weekend een accomodatie geboekt, maar we moeten deze zondagochtend om 10:00 uur (!) al verlaten. Wellicht maakt de locatie nog wat goed (en dan zal ik mijn beoordeling zeker aanpassen), maar hiermee staat het park al 2-0 achter.

    Na maanden uitgekeken te hebben naar deze vakantie helaas een teleurstellende start. Koelkast werkte niet, tijdelijke reservekoelkast in de gang, beloofde vergoeding voor bedorven vlees/zuivel/vruchten nooit gekregen. Koffiezetapparaat kapot, parkmedewerker gebruikte veel van onze capsules om te testen, beloofde nieuwe te brengen maar nooit gebeurd. Slechts één sleutel met sleutelhanger “reservesleutel”, minder vrijheid dan andere gasten. In- en uitrijkaart was verlopen vóór het einde van ons verblijf, wij wilden boodschappen doen voor de winkel zou sluiten maar konden hier door het park niet verlaten. Tuintje vol onkruid, bedlinnen (waarvoor betaald is) met grote onhygiënische vlek, zilvervisjes aanwezig, schoonmaak ondermaats (schoner achtergelaten dan in ontvangst genomen). Elektriciteit viel vaak weg, verlichting dimde en flikkerde. Fitness onbruikbaar (apparaten buiten werking), zwembad sluit vroeg met discutabele reden (er zou dan geen toezicht meer zijn terwijl bij de ingang staat dat er geen toezicht is en het is op eigen risico..). Receptie onbereikbaar, medewerker dreigend, klantenservice onvriendelijk aan de telefoon. Pluspunten: veel katten (leuk), fijne gesprekken met andere gasten. Conclusie: Het park is redelijk en de omgeving heeft potentie maar door gebreken in de accommodatie, de slechte staat van faciliteiten en vooral het onvriendelijke en onprofessionele gedrag van sommige medewerkers hebben wij geen comfortabel begin van onze vakantie gehad. Voor de prijs die neerkomt op twee maanden huur, mag men simpelweg meer kwaliteit en gastvrijheid verwachten.

    Het is meer losse dingen die ik vervelend vind, veel onrustige gasten op het park, niet genoeg parkeerplekken, restaurant was aangegeven dat je kon bestellen maar door drukte kon dat niet. Je zit vrij dicht op elkaar, zou beter zijn met heggetje oid. Prima huisje verder, mooie omgeving! Het is geen hoogseizoen meer dus je verwacht toch wat meer dan.
