Tiny House 2 is cleverly and tastefully decorated and can accommodate 2 people. Here you will find all amenities in a few square meters with the motto: "Less house, more life. Inside, you will see many natural influences. In the compact living-bedroom there is a sitting area with television and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, stove, combination microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. A staircase takes you to the sleeping loft with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The tiny houses are arranged in a circle around a courtyard, often with hammocks, lounge sofas, fire pit and a (shared) hot tub. Wood for the fire pit and hot tub is available for a fee at the reception, so you do not need to bring your own. You can park 1 car at the tiny house and there is free wifi.

The park enjoys a beautiful location directly opposite the Hoge Veluwe National Park, highly appreciated by guests for hiking and cycling. The grounds are green and well-maintained with several playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools, a restaurant, and bike rental. However, many guests report serious shortcomings in cleanliness: cobwebs, dust, dirty bathrooms, mould, and sometimes even pests. Additionally, numerous visitors complain about constant traffic noise from the nearby motorway and N311, which disrupts the peace and nature experience. Staff receive mixed reviews—some friendly and helpful, others disinterested or hard to reach.

    TLDR: Never again with Europarcs. The cottage wasn’t clean, the hot tub was unusable on the first night, and we had the same problems during a subsequent stay at another park.

    We stayed here earlier in 2026, for three nights in a cottage with a hot tub. Upon arrival, the cottage wasn’t clean.

    We couldn’t use the hot tub the first … night because the faucet knob was missing. That turned out not to be an accident. We were told that the knobs are removed as a standard practice “because otherwise people steal them.” So you book and pay for a cottage with a hot tub, but you might not be able to fill it upon arrival. For a three-night stay, that’s a third of what you came for.

    When I asked the cleaning crew about it, they confirmed that the hot tub isn’t cleaned between stays. Combined with the condition of the cottage, it seems that the only cleaning that consistently takes place here is the cleaning expected of departing guests: leaving the cottage swept clean.

    The complaint was resolved at the time with a voucher. We used it for a stay at EuroParcs De Wije Werelt. Because of our experience here, and since we have health issues, I requested a thorough cleaning there one day in advance via email and by phone. They agreed to do so. They didn’t. We also found that cottage covered in layers of dust, dead insects, and cobwebs, and we ended up cleaning it ourselves on the first night. See my review of that park.

    Two stays at EuroParcs, two parks, two cottages that weren’t clean upon arrival. That’s no longer just bad luck.

    The surroundings are beautiful. But if you have asthma or allergies, or if you simply expect a clean cottage and a working hot tub that you’re paying for—don’t count on it here. And certainly don’t count on reasonable compensation if the park fails to meet your expectations in any way.

    Upon arrival, check the cottage and the hot tub immediately, take photos, and warn others with a review if you find yourself in a similar situation.
    If necessary, file a complaint with the Recreation Disputes Committee along with your supporting documents; I’m doing the same regarding my visit to De Wije Werelt.

    TLDR: Nooit meer Europarcs. Huisje niet schoon, hottub de eerste nacht onbruikbaar, en bij een volgend verblijf op een ander park dezelfde ellende.

    Wij verbleven hier eerder in 2026, drie nachten in een accommodatie met hottub. Bij aankomst was het huisje niet schoon.

    De hottub konden wij de eerste nacht niet gebruiken, omdat de knop van de kraan ontbrak. Dat bleek geen ongelukje te zijn. Ons werd verteld dat de knoppen er standaard af worden gehaald "omdat mensen ze anders stelen". Je boekt en betaalt dus voor een huisje met hottub en kunt hem mogelijk bij aankomst niet vullen. Bij drie nachten is dat een derde van waar je voor komt.

    Toen ik de schoonmaakploeg ernaar vroeg, werd mij bevestigd dat de hottub tussen twee verblijven door niet wordt schoongemaakt. Samen met de staat van het huisje lijkt het erop dat de enige schoonmaak die hier structureel plaatsvindt, de schoonmaak is die van de vertrekkende gasten wordt verwacht: het huisje bezemschoon achterlaten.

    De klacht is destijds afgehandeld met een voucher. Die hebben wij gebruikt voor een verblijf op EuroParcs De Wije Werelt. Vanwege de ervaring hier, en omdat wij te maken hebben met gezondheidsklachten, heb ik daar een dag vooraf per mail en telefonisch om een grondige schoonmaak gevraagd. Dat is toegezegd. Niet gedaan. Ook dat huisje troffen wij aan met stoflagen, dode insecten en spinnenwebben, en de eerste avond hebben wij zelf staan schoonmaken. Zie mijn review bij dat park.

    Twee verblijven bij EuroParcs, twee parken, twee keer een huisje dat bij aankomst niet schoon was. Dat is geen pech meer.

    De omgeving is prachtig. Maar heb je astma of een allergie, of verwacht je gewoon een schoon huisje en een werkende hottub waar je voor betaalt: reken er hier niet op. En zeker niet op redelijke compensatie, mocht het park je op wat voor wijze dan ook tekort doen.

    Controleer bij aankomst meteen het huisje en de hottub, maak foto's, en waarschuw anderen met een review als je in een vergelijkbare situatie zit.
    Start eventueel een zaak bij Geschillencommissie Recreatie met uw bewijsstukken, hetzelfde doe ik met betrekking tot mijn bezoek aan de Wije Werelt.
