    ⭐ 1 STAR – €1,088 FOR A NIGHTMARE
    Never again! This was truly one of the worst vacation experiences we’ve ever had.
    We paid a total of €1,088, including all extras, for a villa. What we got, however, was a simple cottage that didn’t match what we’d booked at all.
    The house was extremely dirty, with spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. I … have plenty of photos as proof.
    We had paid extra for items such as towels, soap, shampoo, dishes, and other amenities. The towels even smelled of mold and dampness when we opened the package.
    The bed was so bad and crooked that we couldn’t sleep in it properly. Our feet were higher than our heads. The result: five nights sleeping on a mattress on the living room floor.
    In addition, the listing advertised a pool, but there was no pool. It was also stated that you could swim in the lake, but upon arrival, that turned out to be completely impossible.
    And then there was customer service… which was perhaps even worse than the house itself. When I asked for a solution and my money back, I was told they couldn’t do anything. They even said that, because I had accepted the cookies, I just had to accept whatever house they gave me.
    Seriously? You pay €1,088 and then you’re told you just have to accept whatever you get?
    After our stay, I sent several emails, but they simply haven’t responded. No solution, no accountability, and not a single serious response.
    I have plenty of photos showing the condition of the house and the amenities, and I can prove everything.
    I paid €1,088 for a villa, spent five nights on a mattress on the floor, and was then completely ignored.
    This wasn’t a vacation—it was a nightmare.

    Nooit meer! Dit was werkelijk een van de slechtste vakantie-ervaringen die wij ooit hebben gehad.
    Wij betaalden €1.088 in totaal, inclusief alle extra’s, voor een villa. Wat wij kregen was echter een eenvoudig huisje dat totaal niet overeenkwam met wat wij hadden geboekt.
    Het huis was extreem vies, met overal spinnen en spinnenwebben. Ik heb hiervan veel foto’s als bewijs.
    We hadden extra betaald voor onder andere handdoeken, zeep, shampoo, servies en andere voorzieningen. De handdoeken roken zelfs naar schimmel en vocht toen we de verpakking openden.
    Het bed was zo slecht en scheef dat we er niet normaal in konden slapen. Onze voeten lagen hoger dan ons hoofd. Het gevolg: vijf nachten slapen op een matras op de vloer in de woonkamer.
    Daarnaast werd er geadverteerd met een zwembad, maar er was geen zwembad. Ook werd aangegeven dat je in het meer kon zwemmen, maar dat bleek bij aankomst helemaal niet mogelijk.
    En dan de klantenservice… die was misschien nog erger dan het huis zelf. Toen ik een oplossing en mijn geld terug vroeg, werd mij verteld dat ze niets konden doen. Er werd zelfs gezegd dat ik, omdat ik de cookies had geaccepteerd, maar moest accepteren welk huis ze mij gaven.
    Serieus? Je betaalt €1.088 en vervolgens krijg je te horen dat je maar moet accepteren wat je krijgt?
    Na ons verblijf heb ik meerdere e-mails gestuurd, maar er wordt gewoon niet gereageerd. Geen oplossing, geen verantwoordelijkheid en geen enkele serieuze reactie.
    Ik heb veel foto’s van de staat van het huis en de voorzieningen en kan alles aantonen.
    €1.088 betaald voor een villa, vijf nachten op een matras op de vloer en vervolgens compleet genegeerd worden.
    Dit was geen vakantie, maar een nachtmerrie.

    Hi, we wanted to take a few days off to relax. It was quiet, but the house was a total disaster. The picture shown when we booked had nothing to do with what it actually looked like inside. We’re not picky. But it was very dirty and very run-down. The couch was completely worn out. And to get into bed, you had to crouch down. So you often … bumped your head. In the photo in the listing, the ceiling looked much higher. The bed wasn’t clean either— there were hairs and stains. The much-touted whirlpool was so dirty it was unusable. We stayed there one night and then drove back home. We could have saved ourselves the trouble. I think the pictures are misleading. I also don’t think anything will change. There’s a park in Limburg that’s much smaller, but the houses there are clean.

    Hallo, wir wollten ein paar Tage Urlaub mit etwas Ruhe machen. Die Ruhe war da, aber das Haus eine volle Katastrophe. Das Bild bei der Buchung hat nichts mit dem Inneren zu tun. Wir sind nicht kleinlich. Aber es war sehr dreckig und sehr verwohnt. Die Couch war so durch gesessen. Und für ins Bett zu gehen musste man geduckt ins Bett gehen. So das man sich oft den Kopf gestoßen hat. Bei dem Bild in der Anzeige war die Decke viel höher. Die Sauberkeit war in dem Bett auch nicht gut. Haare und Verschmutzungen. Der so angepriesene whirlpool war so dreckig und nicht zu nutzen. Darauf sind wir eine Nacht geblieben und wieder heim gefahren. Hätte man sich sparen können. Ich finde es eine Irreführung mit den Bildern. Ich denke auch das es nicht geändert wird. Es gibt ein Park in Limburg Der ist viel kleiner aber die Häuser sind sauber.
