    1. In case of cancellation, the holiday maker shall pay a compensation to the entrepreneur. This amounts to:

    • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price;

    • for cancellation within two to one month before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation within one month before the starting date, 90% of the agreed price;

    • in case of cancellation on the day of the starting date, 100% of the agreed price.

    1. The remuneration shall be proportionately refunded, after deduction of administration costs, in the event that the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holiday maker and with the consent of the entrepreneur, for the same period or part thereof.

    Cottage 4.28 is a lovely place to stay. It is quietly situated under the trees, so you immediately experience a relaxed atmosphere as soon as you arrive. The private parking right outside the door is incredibly convenient, especially when loading and unloading. Inside, the cottage is surprisingly spacious and fully equipped. The kitchen is pleasantly equipped and invites you to cook for yourself. The two rain showers are really a luxurious addition and make the stay extra comfortable. The area around the cottage is wonderfully quiet. You can take a nice walk through the park and enjoy nature. Extra special is the view: you have a beautiful view over a meadow with sheep and horses, and from here you can also see the sunset, a perfect end to the day. The on-site store is also very handy for small groceries or something tasty in between. Also nice: there are charging stations at the park, so you can easily charge your car during your stay.

    Huisje 4.28 is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het ligt rustig onder de bomen, waardoor je meteen een ontspannen sfeer ervaart zodra je aankomt. De eigen parkeerplaats direct voor de deur is ontzettend handig, vooral bij het in- en uitladen. Binnen is het huisje verrassend ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is prettig ingericht en nodigt uit om zelf te koken. De twee regendouches zijn echt een luxe toevoeging en maken het verblijf extra comfortabel. De omgeving rondom het huisje is heerlijk rustig. Je kunt er fijn wandelen door het park en genieten van de natuur. Extra bijzonder is het uitzicht: je kijkt prachtig uit over een weiland met schapen en paarden, en vanaf hier kun je ook mooi de zonsondergang zien, een perfect einde van de dag. Het eigen winkeltje op het terrein is bovendien erg handig voor kleine boodschappen of iets lekkers tussendoor. Ook fijn: er zijn oplaadpunten bij het park, dus je kunt je auto gemakkelijk opladen tijdens je verblijf.

    Great park!!! We were on the side of the forest overlooking the meadow with sheep and horses, this was fantastic! Very nice and clean park and great for peace and quiet. But for the children also plenty to do with a nice pool, indoor play hall and the animation team with Oxxy the mascot! Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!!!

    Geweldig park! Wij zaten aan de kant van het bos met uitzicht op het weiland met schapen en paarden, dit was fantastisch! Erg mooi en schoon park en heerlijk voor de rust. Maar voor de kinderen ook genoeg te doen met een leuk zwembad, binnenspeelhal en het animatieteam met Oxxy de mascotte! Echt een aanrader, wij komen zeker terug!!

    For the second time we booked at Breebronne because it is such a nice park. Very nice cottages and a beautiful park. Except for this: On November 4 we paid and are looking forward to our vacation at Christmas. There would be no special offers at that time. Now November 24, I see that it is more than 300 EUR cheaper. On an amount of 1700 EUR, that is quite a lot. We do not want our money back, but would consider some compensation neat, even if it is in the form of a discount voucher for next year.

    Voor de tweede keer hebben wij geboekt bij Breebronne, omdat het zo'n fijn park is. Erg fijne huisjes en een mooi park. Op dit na: Op 4 november hebben wij betaald en kijken wij uit naar onze vakantie met de kerst. Er zouden op dat moment geen speciale aanbiedingen zijn. Nu 24 november, zie ik dat het meer dan 300 euro goedkoper is. Op een bedrag van 1700 EUR is dat nogal wat. We willen niet ons geld terug, maar zouden enige compensatie netjes vinden, al is het in een vorm van een kortingsbon voor volgend jaar.
