We spent a week at the Boerenzwaluw with our caravan.
It’s a nice campground with spacious sites and clean, well-maintained restrooms. We thought the consistently hot water for washing dishes was a plus—something that’s sometimes lacking elsewhere.

A neat, quiet campground with nice restroom facilities and comfortable showers. A train does pass by, but there are no trains at night. We were parked close to the tracks. It doesn’t make much noise, though—it just rustles by, so to speak.

I was just checking it out for the weekend of September 11. But they have a really nice restroom facility. Hope September 11 comes soon...

Due to unfortunate circumstances, we weren’t able to go on vacation to Austria this year. After some consideration, we bought a tent to try something we would never otherwise do.
Well, we really enjoyed our stay at the Boerenzwaluw. Booking was very easy—you can choose your own spot. The sites are very spacious and surrounded by plenty of greenery, which provides good protection from the wind and sun.
The restroom facilities are excellent—neat, clean, and fully equipped.
We didn’t have enough time to explore the entire area, but it’s so beautiful that we’re sure to come back again.
And camping in a tent is truly fantastic.
