Dishwasher did not function properly, dining room chairs worn out, power failed, coffee machine was broken too little cutlery and kitchen utensils, 1 person can hot shower other not simultaneously in other shower because of hot water shortage. Swimming pool booked but was not accessible to us, but otherwise fine cottage for 12 people, the restaurant service may well follow a curcus.

Our stay in Pavilion 6 (720D) was unfortunately disappointing due to poor cleaning. We still found cookie wrappers, old drink cartons and socks from previous guests under the mattresses. The floors were dirty, the beds had hair and almost every window had cobwebs. In addition, the indoor facility was closed even though it was Easter vacation. The staff were friendly and did their best, but the cleaning is really poor. This does not belong in a vacation park in the Netherlands.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. First of all, note the late check-in time of 4:00 PM—early check-in wasn’t possible—and check-out at 10:00 AM. The photos speak for themselves: mold, dirt, and dampness in the room. As a bonus, tap water with dirt in it. Are children supposed to breathe this in? Or why are you selling this if it’s unfit for that purpose? And this room cost over 320 euros per night. You can’t treat your guests like this. The only plus is the large grounds equipped with playgrounds.

We have just returned from our vacation at EuroParcs Resort The Achterhoek. When we arrived at our 12 person house, the pots were in front of the door. The house was very dirty, I can hardly imagine that it had been cleaned. In the bathroom (toilet) there were toenails on the floor and the wall was dirty (it looked like blood splatter). The floor was not clean in the whole house, there were real piles of dirt in one of the cupboards. We then cleaned the vacuum cleaner and vacuumed it ourselves (this was not possible before as the vacuum cleaner was completely blocked and full). The dishwasher unfortunately didn't work at all, the dishes came out completely dirty. The dishes in the cupboards were also not clean. The fitted sheets that were already on the bed were sometimes so dirty that it was disgusting (but the bedding was new and had to be changed). The indoor playground was closed due to maintenance work, but we only found out about this on the day of arrival. We didn't see any workmen there. The only positive thing was the beautiful location of the vacation home on the water. Price/performance was unfortunately not good, we were disappointed.
