A very lovely little park with a variety of house types in the nature reserve. We stayed in a beautiful, modern villa—it had everything we needed. Located right on the water—simply fantastic.

We booked the vacation park mainly because we wanted to moor our boat right next to the house. Unfortunately, that turned out to be our biggest problem.

Although we had already provided the dimensions of our boat (7.55 m x 2.55 m) when we made the reservation, it turned out once we arrived that the marina wasn’t suitable for it. The slipway is blocked by an underwater beam, which we weren’t told about. As a result, while we can launch the boat there, we can’t get it back out and now have to use another marina, which incurs additional costs. The berths are also significantly too narrow, and the marina map at the front desk does not match reality in terms of either dimensions or numbering.

The way the situation was handled was particularly disappointing. Instead of looking for a solution, we were simply told that, if in doubt, we would have to find another marina. That’s hardly possible during the peak season and wasn’t an option for us—after all, we booked the park specifically because of the marina. In the end, we had to find a solution ourselves and moor our boat across three berths. Previously, we had been moored outside the marina in open water, where even the cleats and dock planks came loose during a storm. Our boat was damaged as a result of the entire situation. Unfortunately, we received no help from the park.

The house also had a few issues: a full ashtray upon arrival, some beds with the sheets on the wrong side, a loose faucet (which was only repaired after we insisted), a shower stall that didn’t close completely, a bathroom fan that ran constantly, heavily soiled windows with cobwebs, and a rooftop terrace without furniture. The kitchen and bathroom supply kit, which came at an extra cost, was also very sparse. You could tell by looking at the toilet brush that it had been there since the park opened.

It’s a shame, because the facility itself has potential. However, anyone arriving with their own boat should definitely obtain written confirmation that the marina is suitable. For us, the lack of support in addressing this issue was unfortunately a reason not to recommend the park.

A great place for peace and relaxation! We stayed in House No. 152, which had a fence around the patio, so our dog (a Podenco) could roam freely. Smaller dogs might get away. The house is very tastefully furnished. It has everything you need, including air conditioning, fly screens, four TVs, and a great location right on the water (though without direct access or a ladder). The only downside is the 140x180 folding bed without nightstands. We felt very comfortable here and had a lovely, relaxing time 😎🐶👍

Alles was man braucht inkl.
