    We had no running water for 5 days and the swimming pool was broken. Unfortunately the reception was very unfriendly and we have not received any compensation to date as all requests have been ignored. Very disappointing.

    Wir hatten 5 Tage kein fließendes Wasser und da Schwimmbad war kaputt. Leider war die Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und man hat bis heute keine Entschädigung bekommen, da alle Anfragen ignoriert wurden. Sehr entäuschend.

    The chalet was dirty and smelled of moldy wood. The walkways were clean, but everything else was not. The swimming pool was still dirty in the morning from the day before. There was hair everywhere (in the shower and in the pool) and dead insects such as spiders. The whole resort felt like a badly run apprentice project.

    Das Chalet war dreckig und hat nach verschimmeltem Holz gerochen. Die Laufwege waren zwar sauber, aber alles andere nicht. Das Schwimmbad war morgens noch dreckig vom Vortag. Es waren überall Haare zu finden( in der Dusche sowie im Becken) und tote Insekten, wie z.B. Spinnen. Das ganze Resort kam mir wie ein schlecht geführtes Auszubildendenprojekt vor.
