Summary created out of 232 reviews

This park is beautifully located by the water with its own marina, ideal for anglers and water sports enthusiasts, but faces considerable challenges. The location directly next to the A16 motorway causes constant traffic noise that many guests find disturbing. Guests appreciate the friendly staff at reception and the central location for trips to Dordrecht and Rotterdam. However, cleanliness and maintenance fall seriously short: many chalets are dirty upon arrival, with dust, mould, dirty dishes and poorly functioning appliances. The facilities provision is disappointing, with the restaurant, snack bar and shop regularly closed, even during high season. The swimming pool is described as small and insufficiently clean, and the play facilities are outdated and poorly maintained.

Way too hot in the summer. The temperature in the bungalow was 36 degrees when we arrived, and it kept happening every day between 4:00 p.m. and midnight!

An absolute disaster!!! Right next to a highway—not even 10 meters away as the crow flies—with no soundproofing or anything!! On top of that, the accommodations don’t have air conditioning, and the houses get so hot that when we arrived—the outside temperature was 27 degrees and inside it was 37 degrees—there isn’t even a fan. So when you’re cooking, I’d say it’s downright life-threatening for small children and older people, which is why there’s almost no amenities—not even a rag or soap, let alone toilet paper. For that price, it’s an outrage.

Absolute Katastrophe!!!

It is a terrible place. The pillows and blankets are full of hair and fure and dust. They are discusting. The room temperature is hot as hell you cannot stay inside. You open the windows, mosquitoes bite you. No net on the windows. We did not sleep enough at nights. The indoor swimming pool is hot and so little. The monkey town was closed all the time.
I paid 400 euroes that was totaly waste of moneyy.

    I would never go there.

This was my second time there, and I stayed for three weeks. The park is beautifully situated on a bay. In the evenings, you can always watch gorgeous sunsets over the canal. That’s a huge plus. The only downside, of course, is the highway, though I didn’t hear it too much from my vacation home.
On my first visit, I was here in the winter and early spring, when the restaurants and cafes were closed. That was fine with me. Now I’m here in the summer, and the restaurants and cafes are open and offer good food. The outdoor pool is also a nice way to cool off. I can only partially understand the negative reviews, since the service and the staff are very attentive and friendly.
There is one thing I do have to criticize, though: the cleanliness of the house, both inside and out. There are lots of cobwebs hanging outside, and there’s dirt in the corners inside. That should be addressed, but it didn’t bother me that much.
I think you should always evaluate the value for money, and that’s definitely the case at this park.
I’d love to vacation here again and can generally recommend the park to anyone.

I spent a few days at Europarc Biesbosch with my dog Max on May 26. We rented a lovely chalet.
It was really great—the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to recommend Blonky’s Eethuis! I had a pizza there that was divine 😋🍕 And I’ve eaten pizza in Berlin, Hamburg, and New York, but this one was so delicious that two days later I had a super tasty burger 🍔 and even took a pizza home for later.
Sylvester, the nice guy behind the counter and the stove, really knows his stuff—and he’s supported, of course, by an equally lovely coworker.
