On behalf of Scan Global Logistics, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team at Oesterdam Resort for their excellent hospitality during our 3-day training session. From the initial preparations right through to our departure, everything was arranged down to the last detail. The collaboration was pleasant, professional, and flexible, allowing us to focus entirely on our training and participants. The meeting facilities are modern, spacious, and well-equipped. In addition, the beautiful waterfront location offers a peaceful and inspiring environment that is perfect for business meetings. The hotel rooms, restaurant, and general facilities were also of a high standard. What stood out most was the team’s hospitality. Everyone was helpful, proactive, and service-oriented, making both the organization and our participants feel welcome. The feedback from our colleagues was unanimously positive. Oesterdam Resort made a significant contribution to the success of this training, and we look back on our stay with great pleasure. The location of the vacation home was very good, the view over the sea very beautiful. However, there were a few things that spoiled the vacation enjoyment: The outdoor shower did not work. Loose metal sheets on the roof made a very loud noise in strong winds. (It is difficult to think of sleeping in the attic during a storm) Towels were not changed during this time. (this is not planned, but would have been a nice gesture for the period of 2 weeks) Only 2 sun loungers for an 8 person house. The cleanliness of the outdoor area (wooden terrace and jetty) left a lot to be desired - there was already a lot of bird droppings on the day of arrival. The cleanliness in the house also did not indicate that it had been thoroughly cleaned. (Dust and chips left under the beds) The kitchen equipment is also very limited. Unfortunately a bit disappointing for the price level! We were there with 6 people for 2 weeks and could see that most of the houses were only occupied for a short period of time, the vacation complex is certainly suitable for this, a longer stay there is only recommended to a limited extent from our point of view.

The first impression of our vacation home was good, but after the first night it went downhill. a sheet metal on the roof or on the chimney on the roof has caused every night by the wind strong noises so that one was awake before 2 o'clock at night and one night even until 4 o'clock and then fell asleep exhausted. in the bathroom upstairs the sink was clogged and the rain shower in the lower bathroom I had to clean first otherwise there was hardly any water out.We were there with a dog and I had to pick up dog excrement in the garden from the dog family in front of us, the remote control of a television did not work and in every bathroom hung half a roll of toilet paper 😂 Furnishings, nice view of the water too, I am not recovered by the lack of sleep. Would I visit again NO also price performance not acceptable house 309
