Our experience is limited to the treatment, facilities and location as we went with caravan. The campsite very cozy, nice, clean, spacious. Spacious plots. With good accessibility for everything. Labavos quite clean. A huge playground for the little ones with many swings. The staff very attentive and friendly. And it should be noted that the area is unbeatable. The village four steps away and super nice. The beach just outside the campsite and a promenade to walk and enjoy the tranquility. There are many things to do in the area so bored is not in the plans.

Staff are very helpful full and will help with any issues, location is great as your in walking distance great pubs and restaurants. We stayed in our own caravan

Stayed there for 3 nights. Park is top surroundings are top. Unfortunately the toilet was dirty on arrival. On the penultimate day the sauna and the whirlpool did not work from 20.00 o'clock. Also from 22.00 o'clock the W LAN did not work anymore. As we paid for everything of course, I had honestly hoped for a refund at checkout. Nothing happened, in my opinion this is not guest-oriented - we go there twice a year. As I come from the catering industry myself, I can judge this relatively well. The welcome package was also reduced in size, no more coffee and tea included. It seemed to us as if the park was still in hibernation in February and that it would only open again in April when the season starts again. We have always been there between April and October. Otherwise it was OK but for us the worst visit of all since then. Greetings Christian

A very clean facility

Wij hebben een paar hele fijne dagen gehad in jullie accomodatie en van Westkapelle. De ruimte is klein ,maar groot genoeg voor ons twee en de hond. Alles was aanwezig en we werden hartelijk verwelkomd met een lief presentje. Ook voor de hond. Een echte aanrader ! 1 tip! Een antislipmat in de douche cabine. Met vriendelijke groeten van Frans en Sandra en Vixie.

House number 321 with hot tub and sauna, sleeps eight. We were glad we were four people, with eight this is really too tight. Had the house done for six. Cottage is unsociably decorated and dining and sitting area not very comfortable. Chairs the dust hangs loose. Beds sleep well though! You only bump your head on beams and not practical converted cabinets. Everything clean, bathrooms, sauna and hot tub also clean. Garden furniture they leave outside all year, making cushions of the lounge all green. Sin. This cottage is really for a friends team to spend a weekend boozing, by the number of shot glasses also obvious😅. To really relax not really suitable. We were in low season so fine, but should not have thought of being here in high season. The park itself terrible. Everything mixed up and on top of each other, cottages with a tering mess and fatbikes on the sidewalk. no privacy. Store closed. Groups of friends? Do. Otherwise, look further.

The campsite is really nice and quiet. But: We booked a Comfort plus pitch and I expect a different standard. The pitch was badly graveled and as it was thawing weather we stood in mud and water for the whole 5 days. Sitting in front of the motorhome was therefore not possible at all. The pitches are lower than the road so the water couldn't drain away and there is no drainage. The electricity costs 1,10€!!!! This is exorbitant and unacceptable as the normal electricity prices in the Kramsach region are less than 40 cents. In the showers you had to wait a long time for hot water, and twice it was just lukewarm.

The campsite is in a great location, the staff at check in spoke good English, it was clean but maybe a bit too expensive.... I think we paid 107€ for 2 nights. (2 people + dog + van + electricity) Toilets and showers were clean... all OK
