Excellent campsite with very friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities and a wonderful heated indoor pool (perfect for cooler days). Electric bike hire, a small bar and a little shop. Bakery ordering the day before for next morning is a great service, though we didn’t find the viennoiserie to be the best available. The site is quite hilly, with terraces and stairs so would not be well suited for those less mobile. However the terraces between the pitches do give the feel of a much smaller and private campsite, which is welcome. Lots of trees would be welcome shade in the summer. It’s about a 12 minute walk down to the edge of the medieval town centre and about 18 minutes to walk back up the steep hill back to our pitch at the top of the campsite.

We were almost alone here and had a spot right by the water. The reception was emotionless and disinterested. Probably because we were there in the low season. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years, but were clean. We were only there for one night. The location is very nice.

A great place! Friendly welcome and briefing. Even now at the end of the season the pool in the indoor pool is heated. Everything you need is there. Price/performance is great. We will be back again. Thank you

Lots of entertainment, large pools with a slide and diving board, children's games, a refreshment bar on the banks of the Saône with friendly staff. Quiet, pleasant campsite

The Zonneweelde campsite is great. We were there with 5 adults and 2 dogs and felt completely at home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are very beautiful. We had an XXL lodge, modern and clean. We would love to come back!

We love la grappe d’dor and have spent many happy holidays there. The area, the atmosphere, the cycling and the site and its staff are outstanding. This is the first time in a trappeur tent and it was a fabulous experience. The tents had some of the best views and were very comfortable. Great experience, thank you.

It was very unclear what we could expect ftom the pitches. The cheaper ones are really steep and bumpy, not suitable for a family tent, some more expensive pitches have no shadow at all. It's very chaotic. The staff is flexible about changing pitches, but you end up walking around looking for an empty spot yourself. It's a huge place with lots of things to do, water sports, snorkling, cliff jumping, hiking, waterski... and many activities close by.

Great discovery. The place was pleasant. The staff were smiling and friendly. Sanitary facilities were clean. Breakfast service was great. The games/activities areas are great and free. The pitches are spacious and clean.
