First of all, praise for the top support and reception, very friendly and helpful. The park is in a really great location, really beautiful and very well maintained. I had rented a forest cabin. The first thing I noticed was that they had neglected to warm it up when it was 6 degrees outside, which is certainly not too much to ask. But maybe it was also because they had neglected to close the window vents. Unfortunately, the floor remained permanently cool, even though the room was slowly approaching a comfortable temperature (air conditioning/heater set to 30 degrees). I would have liked to have had a rug or two here, at least in winter. Unfortunately, the heater had to run continuously (background noise) so that the temperature didn't drop too much. There is also a lack of storage space for food or luggage if you don't want to leave everything out in the open. I would have appreciated a note that there is also very hot water at the washbasin and shower (risk of scalding). There were no shelves in the shower for shower gel or shampoo, which was a shame. I imagine the living situation would be nicer in summer, although the air conditioning would certainly be running all the time due to the flat roof and large windows that cannot be shaded from the outside. Mirrored window surfaces would certainly have been better here, as they would also have prevented..... that even during the day, every outsider has a full view of the day's events. After all, you don't want to permanently close the interior pleats. A small canopy at the front door would certainly not be a mistake either, to prevent it from raining in when you come home in the rain. Instructions for use in foil form in the accommodation unit, German/English .... would certainly also have advantages in terms of getting the information you need more quickly. Via cell phone...not ideal for everyone. The app is great....no question. But I would like to do without my cell phone as much as possible on vacation. The bed (box spring) was fantastically large and wonderfully comfortable. The closet, on the other hand, was far too small for a possible 2 people (max. 1 meter by 1.80 meters) and then there was also a vacuum cleaner in it. But you could easily store your suitcase in it. The cleanliness was basically good, but the window panes were all very smeared (from the inside) .... dirty cleaning water probably 😅. Instead of the decoration on the living room/dining table I would have liked a pair of egg cups. TipTop to mention is the jacuzzi, huge (5 pers.) and top temperature. A possibility to hang up towels would also be useful here. All just personal and well-intentioned tips, I still enjoyed my stay very much and found the peace and quiet I needed to switch off. I'd be happy to return at a warmer time of year 🌅.

This is a really lovely situated and large site with great potential. We found it spacious and peaceful. The shower/toilet facilities are very tired though and the whole place needs some tlc. The cabins looked lovely and great for passing cyclists. Just let down by lack of care taken on communal buildings. If the place were busy the facilities would not cope and would not be enough.Great base for the Pont Canal and various cycle routes and walks

Very nice chalet! Super quiet area close to hiking trails! The chalet is very clean and the host SUPER friendly. We also received a bundle of information about activities of in neighborhood. All in all TOP! ❤️

What a beautiful luxury lodges. Located on a small vacation park near the beautiful nature reserve Kwintelooijen and near Veenendaal and Rhenen. The lodges are beautiful and comfortably furnished. With comfortable beds. You lack nothing. As far as we are concerned, a must.

I was at the San Marino campsite in Lopar with my family and I have to be honest: it was by far the worst camping vacation we have ever experienced. The entire campsite looks totally outdated, neglected and completely disorganized. Everything is all over the place, nothing looks neat or well thought out. The wash houses are simply disgusting - old, worn out and unhygienic. There is hardly any water in the showers and when there is, it is freezing cold. There is absolutely no relaxation or comfort here. There is garbage everywhere, no matter where you look. What made the stay even more unbearable was the constant noise. The whole campsite is extremely busy until late at night. Loud music from other campers, no consideration, no peace and quiet - and no security to stop it all. It was almost impossible to sleep. Our children wanted to leave on the very first day. They cried because they didn't like it there at all - and that has never happened to us on any other vacation before. Really only there. That really affected us as parents. What's more, dogs were peeing in the sand all over the pitches. That doesn't exactly contribute to a pleasant or clean environment either. We ended up leaving early and were honestly just glad to leave this site behind. It's particularly disappointing because we've often stayed at other Valamar campsites, such as Lanterna or Istra Premium. Everything was perfect there: clean, modern, well organized - and above all, the children were totally happy there. So it's all the more incomprehensible that this campsite is in such a state. The slides are also a disaster. They look extremely old, rusty and dangerous. It is also said that bad accidents have already happened there. Our children were not allowed to slide there under any circumstances because it looked far too risky at first glance. The price is simply not justified for such a condition - a lot of money for very little quality. That's really the most annoying thing about the whole thing. The island of Rab itself is beautiful. If this campsite was renovated and modernized like Lanterna or Istra, we would definitely come back. You could really make something great out of this place. But individual renovations, like just the wash houses, are not nearly enough. Everything here simply needs to be redone. Dear Valamar management, please invest in this place and make something beautiful out of it. The potential is there - but at the moment this campsite simply cannot be recommended

5*why now,and I rarely give these: neat accommodations, beautiful location, welcoming and very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Very nice owner,think along and ie very enthusiastic. Beautiful location, many walking and cycling opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful location along the Regge. Vacation homes (very nice homes) or day and recreation opportunities and overnight stays. Very nice and educational annimation for children.

Nice vacation park. Reasonable price in winter. Good location for the Chalk Country Trail.

We rented a bungalow for a week, it was very tidy, clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the things you need on a daily basis. As we were there at the end of January, there was of course only a slimmed-down program. The indoor playground wasn't open every day either, but as "vacationers on site" you could pick up a key at the reception - with very nice staff - so that our children could play there every day. We were alone in the swimming pool, it was quite chilly there due to renovation work, but that wasn't too bad. The children loved the slides and the toddler area. We would also recommend the outdoor and water playground, which is fantastic. The small playgrounds scattered throughout the grounds are also very nice. We would love to come back.

We discovered a welcoming restaurant, and we ate very well (suggestion: scampi with chorizo). The place is a bit out of the way, but as with all good things, you have to look around a bit. We thought the restaurant was for bungalow residents only, and we were right to ask. We'll be back!

Great campsite, not cheap, but well maintained and everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available. Super swimming pool complex. Great beach, which is cleaned every morning. Attractive shopping and restaurant mile. Nice and helpful staff.

Very Fine Camping, also for campers and separate section for naturists. You get everything with the associated stores restaurants. German, English, French, Dutch and dialects are spoken.
