Veľmi čisté sociálne zariadenia v kempe San Marino Lopar, usilovné panie upratovačky, oceňujeme čistotu sociálnych zariadení, ako aj čistotu v celom kempe. Sprchy aj WC boli viackrát denne pedantne umývané, menovite by sme chceli pochváliť v časti Valamar 3 prácu paní upratovačiek Dragany, Branky a jeden deň aj prácu Tatiany a Andreja. Boli sme v kempe San Marino v Lopare, v karavanoch Gebetsroither v týždni 24.-30.augusta 2025. Ďakujeme za peknú dovolenku. Stretli sme sa len s ochotnými ľuďmi, aj na recepcii.

We spent 14 days vacationing as a family on this campsite (2 children aged 6 and 8) in our caravan. Our pitch was behind the pool, next to the large sanitary block. Overall, we were very happy with the campsite and would come again. We would like to emphasize the positive aspects: - The reception staff were extremely friendly, always helpful and nice. - After we didn't like the pitch assigned to us, they made it possible to use a pitch of our choice for 14 days, even at short notice. - The two grocery stores are excellently equipped, great selection, quality and fair prices. I will miss this type of store on every next campsite. - Good and friendly children's entertainment and sports facilities. - Overall quite quiet on the site, noise more from the neighboring sites, but fortunately not every day. - Nice pool, albeit without a slide for the kids. On the negative side we would like to emphasize: - The condition of the large sanitary block next to the pool by the tennis court was completely unacceptable and if there is no improvement in the state of cleaning here, this would be a reason for us not to choose the site again on our next trip. The toilets and showers were neither cleaned regularly nor thoroughly, everything was superficial and only cleaned once a day. Bad smell, hand soap empty 80% of the time. No hooks for towels by the washbasins, no shelves for toilet bags or similar. Lots of mosquitoes in the toilets. A single toilet paper dispenser at the entrance to the toilet room with wafer-thin paper. The use of the sanitary facilities was a horror and simply disappointing, as the rest of the place was really very appealing. - The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. We were only there once. On a Monday at 10:00am all available sunbeds and umbrellas were already reserved and no longer available. Hot shower 1€, cold shower 20 cents. You feel like a lemon as a tourist, with every possible cent being squeezed out of you. We then lay down on the narrow beach, where there were no sunbeds or umbrellas, which was correspondingly full and we were besieged by another vendor every 5 minutes. Terrible, once and never again. From then on, we always cycled to Cecina to go to the beautiful Bau Beach. All in all, we can only recommend this campsite under the condition that the cleaning of the sanitary facilities improves significantly and that more attention is paid to tidiness and cleanliness at the campsite.

We stayed at the campsite for three weeks in 2025 and gained many positive, but also some negative impressions during this time. It is definitely advisable to be able to speak English, as hardly any German is spoken at reception. However, the staff were always friendly and helpful. On arrival, you are given a map of the site and can choose your pitch within the category you have booked. The pitches are very spacious and you can always get to the sea or the wash houses quickly. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is particularly noteworthy: as soon as you leave the toilet or shower, the cleaning staff are already cleaning up. Overall, the entire complex looks very modern, but a closer look reveals some shortcomings. There are stones in the pool area, which can cause tripping hazards. The lifeguards don't always seem attentive either, with the exception of the slide area, where there is good supervision. The aqua park itself is beautifully designed and you have a fantastic view from the infinity pool. With a bit of luck, you can always find a free lounger. However, we were surprised that the aqua park was closed for three days in the middle of the high season for maintenance work. Such work would be better carried out out of season or at least at night, unless there is an acute problem. On the positive side, sun loungers and parasols are also available free of charge on the beach. Even if there wasn't always something free immediately, there was always a place to be found during the course of the day. Despite the stony entrance, it is easy to get into the sea and the beach is very well laid out overall. The gastronomy offers a good selection, so there is something for every taste. Only the ice cream disappointed us, there is still room for improvement here. On the other hand, the wide range of sports on offer with a gym, paddle tennis, mini golf and much more is very positive. We parked our caravan near the soccer pitch and noticed that balls frequently flew against the caravan. It would make sense to raise the net a little higher here. Another big plus is the medical care on the pitch. After an allergic reaction to an insect bite, we were treated immediately in a friendly and competent manner. Although it is a private practice, so you have to pay directly on site, you receive a certificate for your health insurance and the costs are reimbursed without any problems. The supermarket is relatively small, but offers all the essentials for daily needs. However, the staff often seemed overwhelmed and were very slow. They were not very precise with the change, sometimes you got too little, sometimes too much and sometimes none at all. There were also problems when paying the final bill: Friends of ours had to run all over the place for 70 cents because the employee could neither round up nor give out matching coins. Little things like this should not be at the expense of the guests. Those who rely on stable internet also have to make compromises. Depending on the time of day, the Wi-Fi and mobile data didn't work at all, and it only slowly improved in the evening. We can highly recommend a trip to Pag and Zadar. Especially the ice cream in Pag is great. All in all, it is a very nice campsite with many amenities and a good overall impression, even if there are some points that could be urgently improved.

Shared facilities, particularly showers, toilets and sinks, very dirty and need a deep clean. Showers not great, needs an update. Good pool, leisure facilities and pizza place. Very close to city centre.

Beautiful campsite with terraced and shady pitches. You can get to Rovinj quickly on foot or by bike. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but clean. Only the water pressure left a lot to be desired. As soon as more than one shower was running, there was only a trickle.

Camping Monti del Sole: excellent esperinza. Strategic location given the countless activities and sights nearby, well illustrated by the campground owner who is an excellent hostess but more importantly an enviable tour guide. She helps you in everything even in booking activities and restaurants. The campground has everything. Clean bathrooms, well-organized spaces, hot showers, spaces both in the shade/sun and under the pine forest, and 2 swimming pools. Water and power points located throughout the campsite so you always have them close by, whatever location you choose. Cleanliness, clear rules and recycling collection make the experience inside the campsite one of mutual respect, respect for the environment and general well-being. Highly recommended

Campground with no grass with only mud. Santair 1 in 2 broken. Lots of noise by 'entertainment team' Staff service below par. Went to rent bikes at 11:50 one person before me checked in. When it was my turn I was allowed to come back at 13:30 because they didn't work after 12:00. Please avoid this campground!

Very peaceful experience, facilities all very clean and well-serviced. Enjoyed that the campsite has plenty of tall stone pine trees.

I would like to leave a good review here today because I am impressed by how much care is taken when a problem arises. This is special and unfortunately no longer a matter of course. Thank you for being appreciated as a guest here!
