A very friendly and welcoming reception. We had a spot with the ACSI card, which meant we were a bit further from the sea and the pool, but at many campsites you’re much farther away. So it was really worth it. And actually, we thought this was the nicest part of the campsite because it was wonderfully quiet and every spot has shade.
The restrooms are spotlessly clean, the pool is wonderful (with free lounge chairs), and the historic center of Rab is within walking distance. Running enthusiasts can also enjoy a run along the sea in either direction. In short, highly recommended!

I stopped at this campground one night to take a break.
I don't regret it—the view of the lake is a bonus, it's great, very quiet, and the staff is super friendly.
I plan to come back for a longer stay.
I recommend it.

We stayed at the Chalet Riviera for a week. Overall, our experience was very good.
The apartment is new, spacious, and fully equipped (the kitchen really has everything—it’s the first time I’ve ever seen that). It has air conditioning and comfortable beds.
If I may make a suggestion, the only things missing are a hair dryer and some dish soap, which wouldn’t hurt to have. As for the rest, there are some old, abandoned trailers and an old building where all sorts of stuff has been piled up—it looks abandoned: it’s a shame they haven’t cleaned this up; the whole area would really benefit from it!
The pool is large, and the slides for the kids are a real treat—all under the constant supervision of the lifeguard. The fact that non-campers can also enter and the lack of rules (no shower requirement, and we saw kids throwing all sorts of things into the water—including flip-flops—means that by the end of the day, the pool is dirty. It’s worth noting, though, that it’s cleaned up every morning).
You can take your dog anywhere, and there’s a large dog area, though it’s unusable in the summer because the field is full of grass seeds—which is a shame.
Evenings are very peaceful, with a pleasant breeze; the outdoor porch is spacious and fully equipped. The nearest beach is a 15-minute drive away.

We stayed at the campground in mid-June, during the early season. It’s beautifully situated in the woods, very close to the coast. The sites are spaced out comfortably throughout the woods. There were still plenty of openings, so we were able to choose any site we wanted. The sites offer plenty of shade. It was quiet and wonderfully peaceful for us. The restrooms were clean and everything worked properly. The staff was friendly. To go swimming, you have to walk a bit to the beach, but once you get there, it’s a great stretch of beach. You can order baguettes.
