Lovely staff, great location, excellent facilities

⭐ 3.5/5 Overall, we had a positive stay. The location was good and convenient, which was definitely a plus. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The house had heavy condensation on the windows, and it was very cold in the mornings. The locks were also confusing and not very user-friendly—it took us a couple of days to fully figure them out. Communication with the staff could have been smoother as well. Despite these drawbacks, it was still a good place to stay overall.

The campsite is fine impeccable welcome very clean sanitary facilities BUT THE MAJOR PROBLEM the tennis courts are right next to your pitch the players are shouting and laughing without thinking that they may be disturbing the campers it's not great at all and it's March when we come to be quiet Tennis court pitches need to be reviewed PLEASE

16-03-2026 16.30u Arrival/reception helped fine and explained things.... Arrival/Chalet 523, first impression, smoetslig/vies/vuil, everything in the kitchen sticks, colander put away dirty in the closet, extractor too greasy to grab, cobweb on the ceiling.... Wall in the dining area covered in splatters, just like in the bedroom, where we have a 2 bed, and got a 1 person paint package it appears.... Of course the reception was closed at 17.00h and have not been able to put a complaint down, this I will do tomorrow! We have this chalet for two weeks rented i.v.m. with a bridging by the sale of our house and we only on 01-04-2026 in our own chalet can, we are counting down the days unfortunately ... Also, we have no TV channels and the chalet is on a busy main road with a threshold in front of the door, on the park you may drive 5 km p / h, but you guessed it, this is not maintained.... Let me not talk about the curtains that are not there, or not working, on such a busy road nice if you want some privacy right? To be continued, maybe I can change my review, but don't expect it when I read the reviews here.... (no 5 stars from me yet)

Beautiful, large campsite near Arcachon. Rather small pitches. Modern sanitary facilities; however, no cubicle with washbasin (except the cubicle for wheelchair users), so you have to brush your teeth, shave and wash between the toilets and showers; in addition, the whole room stinks of toilet; not very pleasant; also without urinal. I expect a bit more for this higher price.

So the campsite is really a paradise for children alone so we would come again the facility itself is very clean!!! Unfortunately we were unlucky and got mobile home no. 110! When we opened the door of this mobilhome we were met by a very bad smelling mold smell!!!! On closer inspection this was unfortunately confirmed!!! The bathroom and the kitchen were very moldy!!!

Fine park with comfortable cottages. We were there during Carnival and the park was very quiet. Only little to no hooks in the house for towels and/or clothes. Is so often the case in parks and no one can explain why. Many completely finished and nice beds.

We stayed two nights at Les Cabannes and look back on a particularly pleasant experience. The cabins are stylishly decorated and equipped with all the necessary luxuries, so you'll immediately unwind. Extra plus: the coffee beans from the local coffee roaster around the corner - truly delicious and a nice, authentic touch. What also struck us was the flexibility and hospitality: we spontaneously received the proposal to check out later, which gave our stay that extra bit of relaxation. Although you have no physical contact with the owners, the service is absolutely top notch. Everything is arranged to perfection and runs so smoothly that you don't really lack anything or anyone. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, tranquility and a carefree experience.
