Stayed at the Dog Camp. The positive points include the spacious pitches, the beautiful stretch of beach for dogs and of course the pool for the dogs as well as the outdoor enclosures where the dogs can run and romp around off the lead. Otherwise, there are not many opportunities for dogs to move around within the campsite. The restaurant by the dog pool deserves special mention. Very good value for money, best pizza and pasta on site, very friendly staff. On the negative side, we found the strict rules and surveillance unpleasant at times. The sanitary facilities are getting on in years and do not correspond to 5 stars. What is absolutely unacceptable is the withholding of ID cards. An identity card is the property of the Federal Republic of Germany and therefore may not be withheld. After all, you have to be able to identify yourself abroad. The campsite points out its rules, which is of course unacceptable. The site is relatively noisy, with lots of traffic and aircraft noise. Not for those seeking peace and quiet. Conclusion: We won't be back.

It was very unfortunate that the outdoor pool was closed ....is not told in advance but basically paid for....

A very quiet campsite for relaxation and recreation in nature

It was not our first stay and certainly not our last. The grounds are beautifully designed and the staff are friendly and relaxed without exception.

Beach very nice. Facilities are getting on in years. Premium Mare pitches (2 most expensive category) extremely far away from toilets and washing facilities. Conclusion: Price performance too expensive.

Quiet place and kids friendly

Unfortunately we were only there for one night as we were passing through. Very friendly reception. Sanitary facilities clean and tiptop. Fantastic pool area, covered and open. Restaurant highly recommended! Bread roll service. We will definitely be back!

Had the opportunity to stay here in September in a super nice and clean villa. It is indeed very remote which is a pity. The food in the hotel is very good and a touch chic. People at the reception always want to help you etc, super friendly! Definitely highly recommended.

Total flop! Beware of deception! There is no beach on site at all, only 2 small sandbanks and that's it, lying down somewhere relaxed on the water is a total no-show! On the part of the service there is no information about what activities there are in the area (as well as if there is nothing). Also there is nothing at all, no bike rental e.g. on the part of Europarcs, no entertainment center nothing at all. to mention positively was the accommodation which was clean and modern and the facility is very dog friendly. Mosquitoes and fly plague as in the reviews before is true! Enkhuizen has a nice little old town but that is normal for Holland. 1 hour to drive to the next bigger city which would be Alkmaar and Amsterdam. if you want a vacation on the beach with a few activities here will be more than disappointed!

Top notch site, great facilities, everything you need for a lovely holiday, easy to get to Venice and Jesolo, weekly market nearby in Cavallino, can't recommend highly enough.

We arrived late at the camping but were greeted friendly by some guests, helped us out where to stay and sorted everything out the day after with the owner. super friendly owner, who was really willing to help out! Beautiful place with such a great view on a river going alongside the whole camping. The best toilets and showers we've seen for a long time, well maintained, roomy, clean and super warm water! Electricity on each spot. Thanks again for welcoming us for once night, would definitely come back again!
