A beautiful campsite located in the Apennines in Italy. Very large pitches of up to 150m2 where you can easily put 2 caravans. Because of the vegetation you always have the choice to sit in the sun or shade. Nice nice campsite owners and the young staff is just as friendly and helpful every day. Every now and then something is organized such as a pasta or pizza night. Eye catcher is the beautiful swimming pool which is located at the top of the campsite so you can imagine yourself in the hills of the area.

We spent a wonderful 15 days in this little corner of paradise in Gallician (Vauvert), surrounded by nature, calm and authenticity. The setting is relaxing, well-maintained and ideally located for discovering the wonders of the region. Many thanks to the owners and their team for their warm welcome, availability and kindness throughout our stay. You can feel that they put their heart and soul into making this a friendly, family-friendly campsite - and they succeeded! Thanks to Lilou, the top-class activity leader, who kept Lina, Nils and Isaac busy with brio! Always smiling, dynamic and full of ideas, she made them happy. We left with lots of memories, delighted children and the desire to return as soon as possible. An address to recommend with eyes closed!

Hello, we were there from 13.07. to 20.07.2025 with the tent. The campsite is large, but just not "too large". The pitches are spacious, so it is very pleasant to stay there with a rather large tent or caravan. The beach is within walking distance (a real plus) and although it is not the best beach, we had enough fun with our kids - relatively shallow with larger pebbles. Supermarket and the town center with delicious ice cream or pizzerias are in the immediate vicinity and therefore within walking distance. The sanitary facilities are particularly commendable and it felt like they were kept clean around the clock. The entertainment program is good, there are really many opportunities to be active besides the beach and swimming: Climbing (very good climbing forest), soccer, tennis, mini golf, game room, sports bar, and much more. - 3 pool facilities and various stores round off the offer. The completely uncomplicated check-in/out is also praiseworthy - top! Let's move on to the points of criticism: We found the quiet times exciting - from 00-07 o'clock, ok, with small children (7/9) already borderline, but it's just a vacation. It would have been nice if there had at least been a real rest period from 00 to 07 o'clock or if some camping staff had given us the feeling that they were at least trying to enforce it. We also thought it was "ok" if the adjacent fireworks camp partied until 3am one day a week, but the fact that they didn't at least try to keep to the quiet time on the other days made the idea of a vacation and relaxation fade somewhat. Although there was a good entertainment program, the entertainers were somehow not very motivated - whether it was mini disco, soccer training or pool fitness - yes, I can understand that this is not the absolute dream job - but it's fun for kids - give yourselves a jolt and get into the mood. The pool facilities are more for smaller children - even ours quickly found the slides and water play attractions boring - but that's ok and that's just the way it is. However, the water quality was questionable. Of course, as a layman you can't give a correct assessment, but in the afternoon the water was often slightly cloudy - hmm ... Could this be the reason for the kids' discomfort? We don't know - but we would still like to see good water quality even in high season. We would still recommend the campsite - because in addition to the many positive aspects, the geographical proximity to Pula is also a plus point. Many thanks to the service staff at reception - always very friendly and helpful.

Review Camping Goolderheide We stayed at Camping Goolderheide in high season, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. It was remarkably quiet, which in itself can be pleasant, but combined with the limited atmosphere and closed facilities, it felt like emptiness rather than tranquility. The animation is in practice aimed only at children up to about 10 years old, while it is communicated that it is broader. Older children are hardly involved. The pool is uncomfortably cold, making swimming not very attractive. The restaurant is extremely pricey, which is disproportionate to what is on offer. The climbing forest on the site exists, but has been closed for ages due to obsolescence - this is not clearly stated anywhere. In front is an old brown cafe that is cozy in itself, but has very limited opening hours. Speaking of opening hours: times are communicated in several places, but they are rarely correct. This causes confusion and frustration. Furthermore, there are very many regular guests, which reduces the feeling of an "open" vacation destination for temporary campers. The fact that the campsite is not full in high season says enough as far as we are concerned. No repeat for us, unfortunately.

I spent 2 weeks with my son and we had a superb vacation. Very clean sanitary facilities, very good beach bar and restaurant. The campsite team is very welcoming and smiling. I recommend this campsite.

Good morning, more than 20 years coming to this campsite and the changes have been for the worse, the bathrooms ugly those who have half renovated, have removed the hangers from the showers and toilets that makes no sense because you have to hang towels and clothes, the water from the sinks comes out hot in summer to wash your face and teeth is quite unpleasant. The animation 0 basically there is no ,the girls the same ones that do not encourage rather discourage,no music to brighten up the stay we go a sadness all day ,thank goodness we carry our own speaker. The restaurant has changed the menu and more expensive and little variety for everyone so it is empty, we have left it nice but useless. The campsite this year half empty there are many people we know who have gone to another campsite for not leaving tent and put some horrible houses, we totally classist. Something good to comment on the pool that was already well before, the staff is friendly especially those who were before and cleaners, I hope they see the mistakes and know how to take care of a campsite that years ago was the best here in Javea but do not know if we will return.gracias and a greeting

Superb campsite with beautiful spots in forest environment full of tall trees

Stayed in a cabin. Site is perfectly placed next to the river. Kids spent hours playing and swimming there. And after that - cooling of at the pool. Had some great days here. Service is good and staff is really helpful and friendly. Fresh bread in the morning and bar / pizza place on campsite. Great spot for taking in the gorge and doing activities.

A campsite in the middle of the woods with no network except for SFR and bouygues... not at all suitable for camper vans over 7m... it's a shame that when we booked it wasn't specified. a top technical service team who did everything they could to get us set up but to no avail... we came home very disappointed 😞 lack of communication and information when booking.

A great time in the great outdoors with the whole family in a fully equipped tent. Between the view from our tent of the larch forest, the river and our little aperitifs with friends at the café comptoir, nothing to complain about. As for the team, they were always attentive and made for a great time. Can't wait for next year 🙂

Very nice village with super pools. Lodging tight ( hu smart L) and with difficulty to arrange clothes. I strongly advise against half board: very bad breakfast with inedible eggs, brownish-colored custard that came out of a dispenser, supermarket sweets and not even a bit of chocolate spread for the children ( at my request the breakfast attendants were really rude). Dinner: slightly better quality (pre-cooked and undone pasta) but at least the girl in charge of the buffet very nice.
