Super nice place and welcoming staff. Clean plumbing, getting lost in the Bamboo and lovely party on t lighthouse beach!

The most beautiful campground in the Netherlands. 100 acres of nature, clean swimming water, lots of creativity and art to be seen here and there, fire pits at the campsite🤗. Children have a super good time here. Super friendly staff. Minus point; the catering at the lighthouse beach is really mediocre, many ( mainly snack) dishes arrive lukewarm and also the quality is mwah. On the other beach, on the other hand, they excel in quality of food so it is packed there every night. Also nice party location on site, very idyllic on the water.

Our experience with Camping La Chiocciola was unfortunately disappointing. We stayed in a luxury accommodation, which was nice in itself, but the campsite itself did not meet our expectations based on the information on the website. It was promised that there would be entertainment for children in July and August, but this turned out not to be the case at all. This was a big disappointment for us and our 6-year-old son, who was often bored as a result. The playground is outdated and poorly maintained, which made us concerned about its safety. In addition, the promised well-stocked mini-market was virtually empty and thus not suitable for shopping. The sports fields that were promoted were overgrown and unusable. The restaurant L'Antico Portale, which was described as an upscale eatery, had been closed for a very long time, which was a great loss during our stay. The swimming pool is a public pool used by the campground. This ensures that on weekends it can be very crowded with local visitors, leaving little space available for campground guests. It was a quiet campground with few children, which may appeal to some families, but for us it meant there was little social interaction and play opportunities for our child. The campground certainly has potential, but its current condition and lack of promised facilities make it difficult to recommend this campground. We hope the new owner makes the necessary improvements to meet the expectations of future guests.

Had a wonderful vacation in the fine chalet. Fine friendly campsite with super cordial owner Yuri and his fine team. Good food on the terrace, fresh rolls every morning. And the area is also beautiful with its many beautiful villages. You need a and car to visit a village or something.

Campground near the center, with swimming pools and direct access to the lake, everything very clean and neat. The mobile home is a bit dated but well equipped, it would have been nice if there was also a barbecue.... We will definitely be back

Amazing location, with easy access to cycle paths, short walk to train station to get up to Les Arcs. Facilities excellent, staff & service was excellent!! Great nature pitch with loads of space!!

We stayed here for 4 nights in one of the designated "vacation apartments" with 2 bedrooms (including 1 children's room with double bed), living room, WC and modern bathroom! It reads great at first and the pictures were well taken - so we were skeptical despite previous bad reviews about cleanliness - but we wanted to see for ourselves. (Everyone has different expectations) The price appealed to us and we booked it for a little break. - What awaited us was more like a moment of ENTHUSIASM! A container with a camping flair like in a garden shed club. The small rooms were equipped with dirty old mattresses lying on top of each other twice, dirty bed sheets sealed in foil to cover them, hair and dirt from previous tenants everywhere, everything was super cramped (you had to walk individually in the corridor and dance sideways to the bed and shower room), indefinable slime on the windows and walls, plastic garden furniture that you didn't even dare to occupy for fear of it breaking through! It smelled like an old, musty caravan and accordingly the 31 degrees warm and stuffy (~"air") at 21 degrees outside temperature! You could probably rent a remote control for the invisible air conditioning system for a whole €10 a day, which really bordered on unsurpassable cheekiness. Not to forget the toilet paper, which was apparently NOT part of the basic equipment and you could bring your own or take it from the entrance machine! The only plus more or less - about 40 minutes walk to the sea, partly via a busy cycle path. We won't be seeing this resort again and due to the poor nightlife options for dinner or a cocktail, neither will the beach! A pity but one experience richer.

Service very good. We had a hot water malfunction and this was taken care of immediately. Animation was very nice, the indoor playground was great for our daughter in bad weather and in nice weather she could be loose in the playground. The pool is heated but still a little bit chilly. Restaurant has a small but good menu. The store is small but has the most necessary stuff. The village is nearby. The surroundings are beautiful !

Very nicely located campsite with tent pitches under the trees. I was only there for one night, the reception was friendly and nice. A bit expensive compared to other French campsites. More toilets and showers would certainly be useful, especially when the site is full. However, apart from the price, it's perfect for an overnight stay!

Everything was thought of. It looked super cozy, the cottage is compact, but we really had everything we needed. And more. We enjoyed the wellness garden, the delicious breakfast, the cute cottage + outdoor seating and the beautiful surroundings!
