Very nice and quiet campsite, a bit out of the way but everything is within cycling distance. Nice operators and very clean sanitary facilities.

Can't comment on rooms, we were in a campervan. The pitch was fine - level, shaded with power.

We went to Formula 1 and everything was easy to reach from the location. The aircraft noise is bearable. With flightradar it is interesting where the planes come from. Facilities and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired. If you are a handyman, the hanging toilet flush and heating system can also be rectified without the need for a technician. Good base Cottages without air conditioning das sometimes puffing in the summer. Super staff after a major misbooking with booking.com has the reception this super resolved for us. Do not book with booking.com if your dog is😵‍💫 Nice indoor pool not too big but nice for a swim.

Fine time we had here. Plumbing was not finished but clean and tidy. ( appreciate it more at home too). Everyone has an opinion about it but maybe there is a reason it is not finished yet. I did not ask because I had a wonderful shower. Owners very friendly. And in for a joke. Restaurant with menu card. And still occasionally dishes on a chalkboard. We have had nothing to complain about. And the area is really beautiful for cycling and walking.

We spent a week in a tent in September. The campsite is quiet and well organized, with little evening traffic. The heated pool is great for children. Toilets/showers clean and large enough. River nearby, a little damp in the morning. We survived a long day of rain without the campsite turning into a swimming pool. We missed the pizza as it was out of season only at weekends, but they looked great. Rafting with departure/arrival at the campsite very convenient. 20min from the Martel trailhead, where you can leave your car and take a cab to the trailhead. 20min from Castellane, where Le Fournil bakery/sandwich/pizza shop is highly recommended, delicious and good value for money. Crêperie in Rougon is a bit pricey, but has a panoramic terrace.

The location is strategic to reach all the places near the lake moving also by bike. Clean rooms and both the entertainment and the pool kept the kids entertained. We had lunch at the restaurant but I must say that the service was a bit slow despite the fact that the place was not really full. Tried both pici and salads and even a tagliata with fries. Fair portions, great layout but in terms of taste and flavor we were not blown away by them. Not really cheap for being inside a campground.
