Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Neither does giving the campsite 5 stars (I don't understand how you can come up with such an idea). Maybe 30 years ago when it was newly opened the campsite had 5 stars. Maximum 4 stars. Price far too expensive. The entire equipment or facility is getting on in years. You notice that no money is reinvested and therefore not repaired. Basketball hoop broken, when it rained the tennis court was under water for days, beach volleyball net really cheap, showers partly defective. What also makes absolutely no sense, in the swimming pool you have to wear swimming caps, but in the entire pool there is sand on the floor that you hit all the time and hurt your feet. Better go to another place (east coast) and save yourself the money. It's also a bit out of the way.

We were very disappointed with this capfun, as we were on the forest side. No snack bar, bakery or even coffee shop. We had to take a path about 800m long, unlit, and we had to cross a main road on a bend to get to the main campsite. No entertainers (apart from those at the snack bar). Swimming pool not heated, apart from the indoor pool. No lifeguards or lifeguards at all. No ballooning, smoking or eating allowed. In short, I strongly advise against this resort.

We found this place by chance and immediately fell in love! Already the idea of more pools, entertainment, sports... | Expectations were amply repaid! Unfortunately, we only stayed one day so we could not experience many things! |The village looks like a small village perched on the hills, very quaint, we were about halfway through and the view was spatial, upstairs must have been amazing! |First, it would need to be clearer the sign to find the reception, we went up and down several times because you couldn't figure out how to go! Post check in there are guys on little electric cars that walk you to the rooms because on your own finding your way around is practically impossible! Parking lots near the houses. Our cottage was stone and very cool, we slept at night without air conditioning and under a blanket! A little soap just for those who arrive and want to wash their hands without to do the bag on the fly would have been appreciated!|2 pool areas: below more frequented also because close to the area (supermarket/shops) , pools are deeper, 2 small slides and one blue one steeper. We preferred the pool area above because of the mega slide (which you only go up on by dinghy - if you have any donut/mattress etc. bring it if not you practically have to buy it) where our kids had a lot of fun!!! Above there are still eating areas, but much smaller and we found a communal bathroom indecent, more attention is needed! |Also above the bar staff is less attentive than those below, at 9am we found only one brioche and we were told that if we had time, then they would bake more (in fact then at noon I went again and they were there but no one wanted them anymore, in the evening they were still there), brioche only empty, no choice either, long times, spritz at 8€ without even a slice of orange or 2 chips.|We had dinner in the area below and were amazed at the quality of the food (pizza and burgers- watch out for the salt! We couldn't finish the fries because they were so salty!!!), restaurant price but still good!|My kids went crazy because in the bar they could play pool (2€ per game). We tried the adventure park and the game room. |All in all, we had a great time!!!! Very nice experience.|Prices not exaggerated in our opinion, almost in line with Milan with little overpricing, just beware that often the prices displayed are lower than what you pay (e.g. at the pool bar above the decaf costs 1.50€, at the cashier is marked 1.80€). |We'll come back!!!!!

|Torneremo!!!!!

We had a great time at Norcenni Girasole in August. We stayed at one of the Tuscan style apartments, and found that they were cool and comfortable despite the outside temperature of nearly 40 °C. Our teenage children enjoyed the pool complexes. The general feel of the park was fun and family friendly. The park is clean, well looked after, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We would recommend

The campsite is tiny. Streets crowded with cars mega campers and caravans at all hours, there are no pedestrian walkways so children, pedestrians, dogs ... a continuous and dangerous slalom. Bottom of the streets in bumpy tiles uncomfortable not only for strollers, but also for wheelchairs and walkers (we had a disabled person, a tragedy). Impossible to get to the kiosk on the beach except by walking on the sand, there is no walkway and no pedestrian access with a bottom that is not sand, a disgrace that a disabled person or a mother with a stroller cannot get to the beach to get a bottle of water! Inside the campsite there is no newsstand! A few newspapers are sold at the small supermarket, but if you want a magazine or a book you have to take the car and go out. Unbelievable, never seen in a campsite with these prices. The pool is a pool for small children, no swimming, not suitable for kids or adults. No attractions or facilities of any kind, no tennis courts, entertainment for teenagers, just something for small children. You pay absurd amounts (as much as 78 euros for us for a week!) of an unspecified "environmental fee," plus of course cleaning and taxes. A bloodletting on top of the very high price quoted and already paid. For this environmental contribution, one would expect at least a top-notch garbage collection instead a disaster! Customers throw garbage wherever they want and no one checks of course. The plastic bin has only one very small bottle hole and when people arrive with full bags, not being able to put the plastic in this hole, they throw it everywhere. Obviously the management does not care. Even in August the place is frequented almost solely by German clientele probably because of the prohibitive costs and minimal services offered. I would not recommend it. For these prices there is definitely much, much better.
