My family and other families of friends that we usually stay with, come here for at least 10 days, to enjoy and also for our children to learn to take care of nature and also to rest. We have been coming here for years and this has been an experience of decadence. This year we have found a lack of cleaning staff in the bathrooms, lack of monitors in the mini club, no lifeguard in the pool, when there always was, they have removed the signs of prevention of the pool area. There were always maintenance people taking care of the mountain and the plots, this year, all dry. The campsite staff are professional, friendly and attentive, what can not be asked is that with the few that there are, the same amount of work involved in the maintenance of the campsite is done. Due to the lack of staff there is no grass either on the plots or on the mountain slopes, the enchanted forest is abandoned, the viewpoint dirty and left, the garbage accumulates until someone can pick it up. Before it was unthinkable to enter with the car after 22:30h because it ensured the silence and not to disturb from 23h as indicated by the rules of the campsite, last week have been entering cars until 23:20h sometime, with the noise of doors and ruckus that entails. It has allowed access to electric scooters, with the risk associated with these devices that circulate up to 25km per hour, this within the enclosure, without taking into account that there are children and people moving without the attention that occurs in a street. This year we have encountered families who have neither interest nor any respect for the place, we had to remove the children from the water because there were families with teenagers occupying the children's area to play them brutally, something that had never been seen here. At night they organize parties that make no sense in this mountain or with the camping spirit, preventing the compliance with the hours of silence, bothering all those who enjoy resting and who have small children. Before there were magic shows for families, even the campsite paid to give magic workshops to the kids. Everything has a price and this year we have paid the same as previous years, we do not understand why they have removed services, staff and why not keep something that is good for everyone. We understand that from last year to this has only changed who runs the management of the campsite, and seen is that also the management policies implemented. What we do know as people and family that we are, is that what is not taken care of, is not respected, is not dignified and loved as it should be, disappears. We want to continue enjoying the forest, the mountain, the tranquility and respect of Bedura Park, but if this will be the new theme, surely we will have to consider looking for another option.

Disappointing experience, the activities are not adapted to my 6 year old son. To compensate, there are board games and ping pong at reception. The swimming pool has been closed for 3 days due to bacteria in the water, but there are no activities to offer other than renting water sports from a service provider outside the campsite. Moving out in the early evening after the chalet was colonized by ants (in my case) and dormice in other cases. No compassion for vacationers following these inconveniences. You know where you stand. Otherwise, the lake is magnificent and the surroundings majestic. The activities outside the campsite are great. So in the end, we pay for the chalet. To sum up, camping in the wild or coming to Huttopia, there's only a 1000€ difference.

We were satisfied, garden furniture a bit unkempt, house was not ready at the agreed time and also not really clean. The location is fantastic. The park is well maintained and the service friendly.

Beautiful campsite, nice chalet

Beautiful from afar, but only from afar... It's like being in the movie Midsommar! A pretty sect where everyone smiles at you at first. Once you've settled in, the trap closes! The campsite is not lit, so as soon as night falls, you're in complete darkness and the silence that goes with it. Good luck if you've got kids or want to play a game of Uno on the terrace. You can be sure that the owner will come and remonstrate with you in the nick of time, as most of our guests are at the end of their lives and would like to die in peace. Great for family vacations... In theory there was a theme evening in the week but according to the owner he only has to fair to incapable people 🤥. Dogs allowed but beware of droppings everywhere and smells 🤮.... Unpleasant owners, insulting and talk a lot on the backs of customers . We had to cut our stay short as it was becoming a nightmare! A good start to a horror movie but we left before we knew the end.

We stayed in Cabana 4. The shady "garden", the peace and quiet in the park and the cleanliness in the park were positive things Negative was that we only had artificial grass in the "garden". We had two dogs with us and it could hardly be more unhygienic!!! The accommodation requires additional payment for dogs and then artificial turf, on which - I don't even want to know how many dogs - have already peed!!! When it was really warm, the artificial turf also stank of urine. There were also 2 dog turds from the previous tenants. The bathroom was also unclean and smelled strongly of urine. No soap, 1 roll of toilet paper and only a tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid and 1 tab !!!! for the dishwasher - we know that from other accommodations more customer-friendly. The garden was more like a prison yard. 4 uncomfortable plastic chairs WITHOUT cushions, no loungers, no homely atmosphere e.g. through real plants or some decoration. For the clothes horse there was exactly 1 !!! clothes peg. The stones on the terrace were tripping hazards, really dangerous for children. All in all far too expensive and absolutely NOT recommended!!!!

Too bad, considering the comms. It doesn't make you want to come ....... given the price, it deserves better presention.

Wonderful spot. Ideal for a kids as lots of families. Very international. But also very quiet. Crepes at 4.5 euros and free WiFi. Was a welcome rest for me and the family. Great beaches one minute from the camping.

The service is to cry about. The young people who are supposed to keep the campsite running come across as very disinterested with the low point being that they just weren't there today! So the pool didn't open while there was no swimming in the lake either.... The reception was unmanned so new guests can't get in. Yesterday there was no bread because according to the young people the bakery was not open!!!? So on Wednesday! In our rented Lodge tent some sheets had been put down, but without appropriate under sheet, when we asked, they did not understand what we were talking about, did not understand the French we tried, but also do not speak a word of English. The pool is not fresh and the toilets are also dirty, we heard from other guests. There is no manager where you can put your complaints and the phone number does not work. The location is beautiful, provided you could use the lake, unfortunately this was not the case due to blue-green algae. I would avoid this campground.

Quite okay as a transit site for one night. Otherwise, unfortunately, a lot of renovation work is needed. Many areas could do with some work and you can tell that the place is getting on in years.

Lovely relaxing in the middle of nature. Relax with the jacuzzi and barbecue on your terrace!
