We have been 4 people in a mobile basic home and we have been fine, however the attention at the reception leaves much to be desired. The brunette woman who attended us had a rude and arrogant treatment. During the conversation we had she spoke in Catalan when we only spoke Spanish. I think it is appropriate to change the language when you see that someone does not understand what you say. On the other hand, highlight the poor management to use the outdoor pool and spa. The week before going to the campsite we wanted to book to enter, but we were told that the reservation is made at reception. When we arrived at reception to check in we were told that there are no more reservations. This needs to be improved. The cottage is fine, but it would be desirable to put more toilet paper, more cleaning products, etc..

Un 4.2 sobre 5 me parece una broma. Llamamos preguntando si nos podían poner cerca de nuestros amigos y nos dijeron que harían lo posible pero estaba sujeto a disponibilidad. Al cabo de un par de días , después de haber pagado, nos dijeron que no nos podían poner por políticas de empresa. Cuando llegamos los que parecían de temporada estaban juntos haciendo bastante ruido sin que nadie dijera nada. Nosotros a 4 calles de nuestros amigos y como a 30 o 40 metros en dirección contraria. El resultado: 4 días en los que los niños se dormían y no podíamos movernos. Al final para nosotros ir de camping es compartir, sacar un rato para los mayores cuando todos los pequeños duermen, sin molestar , sin hacer ruido, disfrutando de la compañía. Los niños son felices de parcela a parcela, jugando con amigos pero con estas distancias… No volveremos a perder tiempo libre y dinero en estas condiciones. Podría poner más cosas del jumping, gestión… pero demasiado tiempo hemos perdido ya . Si tenéis dudas…. No vayáis

We could only see the vacation homes from the outside and the place only out of season (end of November), but you can definitely spend a very nice vacation here. The accommodation on the beach in particular creates the perfect atmosphere.

To be avoided! Dirty campsite, very unpleasant staff We were with our camper van for the Fête des Lumières and wanted to stay an extra night. We were surprised to learn that there was no more room, even though the campsite was not at all full. Especially as we admit we just needed a pitch and nothing else. It was impossible to empty the toilet cassette or fill our camper with water when we left. The service area was closed.

Negative review because 70 euro deposit wasn’t returned although it was confirmed that camping house was left in good condition. Customer service ignored my request to return the deposit.

Very nice and quiet campsite, in a beautiful natural environment. The staff is friendly and the stay was really pleasant. A perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature.🏕️💫

Lovely with a large family

The house was clean and on arrival the heating was on. Spacious living room and well equipped kitchen. Large well enclosed garden where the dog could walk around safely. The picture of the house is out of date as a large terrace has been added with a full canopy which should be an improvement Upon arrival all trash containers were brimming and they were not emptied either. The house is on a busy main road which you also have to walk along to get to the forest.

My husband and I had one of those Singele houses. They were so overheated (21 degrees) that we had to sleep with the door open every night, so there were always lots of insects in the house - ants, mosquitoes etc. We were so sick of being bitten that we had to break off the trip and the entertainment was constantly canceled Unfortunately we will not come back
