Let's start with the positive: clean mobile home, space for adults a good idea, top-notch entertainers. Negatives: bad reception, we're afraid to ask for information for fear of being shouted at again, they take away the remote control for the air-conditioning = we're dead hot at night, we feel like we're in kindergarten, especially given the price:2700€ for 15 days, dilapidated gym, entertainment shrunk to avoid noise disturbance, management forcing entertainers to give aquagym classes when they know nothing about it, and not even enough planks and French fries for holidaymakers (the few that there are are in a sorry state). To see the shows, you have to buy every evening at the restaurant, a teen club advertised, and in the end, nothing! Super when one chooses a place especially on this criterion fortunately that there was the good mood of the animators who constantly tried to mitigate this direction ah yes I forgot the ball prohibited the afternoon in the swimming pool whereas the adults have a space reserved only for them brief I would not I would not return to this EHPAD campsite and I strongly advise against it, having stayed at a much cheaper and much better three-star campsite (don't trust the comments from several years ago, since then the management has changed and all the regulars have confirmed that they would not return).

Bad experience We have to left the room and booking a hotel near after the first night !! Money was lost. Bungalows are very small. Bangalows didn't have towels, dress for bed, paper toilliete, any thing.. The staff on reception was rude when we reported a problem in air condicionated and they don't recognized such problem nor resolved at momment.

Nice location, unfortunately a little too far from the center of Valkenburg to walk there for a while. Now did everything by car and that's fine too. The bungalow is neat only with temperatures above 20 degrees it is very hot in the bungalow du s air conditioning is a then very nice. The reception is very pleasant and the area is great so many nice places to visit. Gaiazoo is a nice zoo nearby.

Beautiful property with super cozy and beautiful cottages. Friendly staff and a challenging climbing park. We enjoyed our stay in Warredal immensely and will definitely go back again.

update: the operator's reply below is simply incorrect, as I was not given any offer at all in relation to the acsi card because, as I have already explained, it is not possible to book in advance. In this offer, the normal prices were listed, together with the information that acsi can only be taken into account on site! The information that I only had to pay for one of three dogs is of course also incorrect. As I already explained in my review, one dog is already included in the acsi price, so instead of two dogs I was only charged for one extra, which is obviously nothing unusual with such small dogs. ********************************* I've just been to Cavallino for the seventh time in total, four of them in the 2000s with my children and the third time in the dog area since 2017. I have to say it was the last time! The fact that you are no longer allowed to stand in the area near the beach with the acsi card .... is a gift! The fact that you can no longer book in advance with the acsi card but often have to try to get someone on the phone to clarify whether something is free at all in order to then leave quite spontaneously is more annoying, but what happens there financially in the meantime is no longer possible. The acsi price according to the app is 27 euros and only applies in the low season, a dog costs 9 euros in the high season!!! and still 6 euros in the low season. BUT: The low season for dogs does not correspond to the low season for acsi, but starts arbitrarily one week later, which you only find out when you go to pay due to the lack of a price list. There is also an environmental fee and a tourist tax. As the acsi price includes the pitch, two people and a dog, but I was traveling alone with three small dogs, we agreed in the end that I only had to pay for one additional dog. That was okay for me financially, but I expect a transparent pricing policy and no discussions on departure. I didn't even know that this was allowed within the EU. Even campers who were traveling without an acsi had the impression that the prices changed daily, e.g. if you wanted to extend your stay. The site itself lives from its great (dog) beach, the pool is negligible, but if the weather doesn't quite play along, as it did this September, it can get a bit crowded. The wash houses were clean, but some of the toilet seats were missing for the entire three weeks and there was no hot water at the sinks on several days. The single-sheet pull-out for toilet paper is also so annoying that I preferred to take my own roll with me. The paved paths are so uneven that you are constantly tripping and the drainage is so bad that they are flooded every time it rains. The supermarket is incredibly expensive, it's better to go to the neighboring square or drive the 2.5 km where Eurospin, Lidl and MD are located. The last evening I got a pizza, the base of which was totally wobbly. I can't say anything about the quality of the restaurant. My conclusion is that the site shamelessly exploits the camping boom that has arisen since Corona financially, but reinvests almost nothing.

Camped here for a week. Good campsite however many bungalows that you look at from your pitch. Good service. A beautiful sanitary building which is far away for many pitches.

Beautiful chalets, small stove that makes it cozy in bad weather, beautifully situated in the middle of nature

Large campsite close to Siena (very easy to reach by bus). Receptionist was very friendly and spoke German. We had our own pitch for our car + roof tent of sufficient size, but the motorhomes were extremely close together. You could hardly set up tables. Sanitary facilities were clean and equipped with toilet paper and soap, but there were only a few showers. We only stayed one night and it was very expensive at €42 for 2 people despite it being low season. We didn't pay that much anywhere else in the area. The pool was already closed and we didn't try the restaurant. Market is also expensive. In summary, quite good, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us.

Very clean, well-kept and quiet place. With bread roll service to the front door. Very spacious and clean toilets and showers. Very nice operators.

We were with the camper, spacious place, plumbing is good. Enough to do for children, the new experience garden with water to play in is very nice! With the bike you're so in Maastricht and Valkenburg. Groceries in Meerssen is even closer. The wifi is also fine. Sanitary is fine.We have been here several times and it appears beautiful and fun here! Friendly staff also!
