Everything was fine. Very friendly staff.

The campsite has been bought by a large company "specialized" in campsites, French, it is already beginning to be noticed, signs in Spanish, massification, there is a person who surely will speak all the languages of the world except ours, Catalan, we know how it will end, full of bungalows to exploit the hot months and in the winter tanned, European prices etc. ...it's hard to find a campsite like this one was until recently, we are sure we won't come back anymore. Thanks to the old owner family for so many years of dedication and exquisite treatment that for so many years has given us. I update the review verifying that on the website of the campsite there is NO CATALAN OPTION, it seems an incredible lack of respect for the language and culture of my country. Look that there are other campsites around where they do have the website in Catalan.

My rating is 3.5 but I put 4 stars and not 3, because all the staff working there was very friendly! They deserve a good score the reception and those who clean the plots / houses, today customer service leaves much to be desired in many places. But here it is very good. As for the campsite also has its charm, the accommodations are newly renovated, it is clean, large and has a very good location for those who do not have a car. From the train station, it takes about 20 minutes walk and the route is very comfortable and beautiful. But the overall stay was not one of the best because: - we went with our little dog and there are almost no garbage cans in the plots, I had to walk more than half the campsite when she pooped to throw the bag. - There is no one to check that dogs are not loose without leashes, we arrived and our neighbors had 2 large dogs that were walking in front of our house without a leash, I had to get angry from minute 1 that we installed. - I called the reception and asked them to please contact them to tie the dog, because it is a rule and obligation that I wanted them to respect, I don't know if they did it or not, but the dogs kept going out without leash and I could never relax completely. - In the bungalow I had a bad surprise, they don't have hair dryer although we had private bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I thought ok, I'll go in the public bathrooms of the campsite and another disappointment, there is no hairdryer there either !!!! They could specify this in the description of the accommodation as it supposedly had everything, bathroom and equipped kitchen, but no! The kitchen had everything but the bathroom did not! - The shower is big and comfortable but the water when you shower goes from very hot to very cold all at once all the time. Impossible to take a bath with pleasure. - There is no nice common area, like a common barbecue and in the bungalows you can't even have one paying for the service, because it is forbidden. - There is no common water fountain either. That means you can't refill your bottle, you have to buy water if you want. -The lighting at night is almost terrible, they have lights that do not illuminate anything, we had to go with a flashlight on our head to be able to take a walk. It is really a problem not only for people, also because it is processionary season and there are pine trees in the campsite that could endanger the health of pets. - The restaurant is not open every day, it is only available from Thursday to Sunday. If they improve those details then for me it deserves 100 stars! Because everything else has been great and I would advise all travelers who love to spend a few nights in peace, nature and good food, receiving excellent treatment in a new campsite, well located and very nice ...........

Rented cottage for a week. There was no sofa set in it. Inquired, it turned out that in almost all cottages the sofas have been removed. There were still some but then I had to pay 67 euros extra for 4 days. So we made do with only 2 dining chairs. There were no twilight lamps or anything like that. So either he sit in the dark, or you have bright big led ceiling lights on. The exhaust fan lights in the kitchen didn't work. The lighting in the bathroom doesn't work. Internet is slow and crashes often. Fire alarms are missing. At 10am you have to leave the cottage. Very unfriendly if you have to have things clean and packed so early. Asked if it could be later, 11 or 12 hours. That could with 35 euros extra payment. There was a gap at the top of the front door of almost 1 centimeter. Did not bother. Can imagine when it is cold that this makes it drafty.

Too bad the cows went out to pasture two hours earlier than mentioned in the newspaper.

A beautiful park friendly people at the reception very nice cottage highly recommended definitely go back again

Have stayed here for a midweek at the park. Cottages are equipped with sauna, hot tub and more luxuries. However, cleaning could be better. Pans and dishes were dirty, we even had one of the pans replaced because of the condition. Park is very bare and open so privacy is less especially if you lie in your hot tub is somewhat less. Location of the park is fine because there is plenty to do in the area.

It was a very nice week at this campsite. The operators are extremely nice and accommodating. The bread roll service is great. The sanitary facilities are also really very good. This is a very nice campsite that I can only recommend.

Turn around while you can. Worst place we've been, and we've been to many places...

Nice campsite in a great location within relatively easy walking distance to Strasbourg. Well maintained facilities and friendly staff. Shop on site plus supermarket nearby. Would visit again
