RCN de SchotsmanTent is fully equipped with all amenities. Fine kitchen, spacious with wonderful shower. Fine bedrooms with closets. The campsite is super. The tents are a bit close together, little privacy. But the location is nice, close to Lake Veere and close to the facilities of the campsite.

Tent is van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne keuken, ruime met heerlijke douche. Fijne slaapkamers met kasten. De camping is super. De tenten staan wel wat dicht op elkaar, weinig privacy. Maar de ligging is wel fijn, dicht bij het Veerse meer en dicht bij de faciliteiten van de camping.

EuroParcs VeluwemeerThe good news first: the vacation home (no. 321) was very nice. 3 bathrooms, one of them with a sauna cabin, and a guest toilet are luxury in a vacation home. 4 bedrooms with good mattresses and very attractive furnishings throughout the house. Lake view - wonderful! Unfortunately we didn't try the hot tub in the garden. The negative: the beach was a mud hole!!!! Nothing can be done about the waterfowl droppings, but there were probably dead fish on other parts of the shore, as other vacationers told us. The very small pool was almost in sight for us, but could have done with a clean. The information brochure was only in Dutch and English. The instructions for departure, which were stuck to the front door from the inside, were also only in Dutch and English. The park offers various additional services for a fee. Please pay close attention. The deluxe package, for example, is priced per person and therefore quite outrageous!

Das Gute zuerst: Das Ferienhaus (Nr. 321) war sehr schön. 3 Badezimmer, davon eins mit Saunakabine, und ein Gäste-WC, sind in einem Ferienhaus schon Luxus. 4 SZ mit guten Matratzen und eine sehr ansprechende Möblierung im ganzen Haus. Seeblick - herrlich! Hot Tub im Garten leider nicht ausprobiert. Das Negative: Der Badestrand war ein Schlammloch!!!! Gegen den Wasservogelkot kann man nichts machen, aber an anderen Uferbereichen lagen wohl tote Fische, wie uns andere Urlauber erzählten. Der sehr kleine Pool lag für uns nahezu in Sichtweite, hätte aber mal eine Reinigung vertragen können. Die Infobroschüre war nur in Niederländisch und Englisch. Auch die Instruktionen für die Abreise, die von innen an die Haustür geklebt waren, gab es ebenfalls nur in Niederländisch und Englisch. Der Park bietet verschiedene kostenpflichtige Zusatzleistungen an. Bitte genau aufpassen. Das Deluxe-Paket z.B. ist preislich pro Person und damit ziemlich unverschämt!

Camping de BreedeThe small campsite is a good starting point to explore the surroundings, possibility to reach Groningen by train from Warffum. Warffum train station can be reached by bike in 8 minutes or on foot in 30 minutes. National park Lauwersoog 30min by car. The car must be parked separately at the campsite. This is not a problem, as the parking lot can be reached in 1min. If you use electrical energy for cooking, you should buy higher amperes for a small fee. Otherwise 6 ampere standard. There is nothing to complain about at the campsite. Everything is available and everything is clean.

Der kleine Campingplatz ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden, Möglichkeit mit dem Zug von Warffum aus Groningen zu erreichen. Bahnhof Warffum erreichbar mit Fahrrad 8min oder zu Fuß 30min. Nationalpark Lauwersoog 30min mit Auto. Im Campingplatz muss das Auto seperat abgestellt werden. Das ist kein Problem, da der Parkplatz in 1min erreichbar ist. Wer mit elektrischer Energie Kochplatten betreibt sollte für eine kleine Gebühr höhere Ampere für eine geringe Gebühr dazukaufen. Ansonsten 6 Ampere Standard. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln am Campingplatz. Alles vorhanden und alles sauber.
