Huttopia ArcachonThe owner's ill-informed, if not untruthful, response further dissuaded me from renewing my experience with huttopia. There were only two small electric convectors to heat the accommodation, no wood-burning stove. The bunk beds in which my children slept were glued to icy, water-soaked windows. Despite the extra blankets we asked for, we had to sleep in sweaters and socks. In fact, we had to spend New Year's Eve moving our belongings and making up the beds in another apartment because of repeated power cuts in the first apartment. A horrible experience, despite the owner's mealy-mouthed response.

La réponse du propriétaire, mal informée voire mensongère, me dissuade encore plus de revenouveler l'expérience avec huttopia. Il y avait seulement deux petits convecteurs électriques pour chauffer le logement, aucun poêle à bois. Les lits superposés dans lesquels dormaient mes enfants étaient collés à des fenêtres glaciales et suintantes d'eau. Malgré les couvertures supplémentaires que nous avons demandées, il nous a fallu dormir avec pulls et chaussettes. Nous avons d'ailleurs dû passer le réveillon du 31 décembre à déménager nos affaires et à refaire les lits dans un autre logement en raison des coupures d'électricité à répétition dans le premier logement. Expérience horrible, malgré la réponse mielleuse du propriétaire.

Huttopia le MoulinBeautiful campsite close to nature, with lots of birdsong and semi-shady meadow pitches. A little noisy when the many huts and rental tents are occupied, which is when the sanitary facilities reach their limits. Cleaning would definitely have to be done more often. Nice and quiet outside of public holidays/vacations/weekends. During heavy rainfall, large pools of water form on the paths and some pitches, so it's sometimes difficult to get through. Staff very friendly, but you should check the billing, especially with regard to Acsi discount, we were overcharged (twice in the last 6 years) and the alleged refund never took place despite requests. We have been there several times in recent years. Unfortunately, the number of dog owners who do not dispose of their four-legged friends' waste has increased dramatically in 2024.

Naturnaher schöner Campingplatz, mit viel Vogelgezwitscher und halbschattigen Wiesenplätzen. Etwas laut wenn die vielen Hütten und Mietzelte belegt sind, dann kommt die Menge der Sanitären Anlagen an ihre Grenzen. Reinigung müsste dann definitiv öfter erfolgen. Außerhalb der Feiertage/Ferien/Wochenenden schön ruhig. Bei starken Regenfällen bilden sich große Wasserstellen auf den Wegen und einigen Plätzen da hat man schonmal Mühe durchzukommen. Personal sehr freundlich, allerdings sollte man die Abrechnung prüfen, besonders hinsichtlich Acsi Rabatt, bei uns wurde zuviel berechnet (in den letzten 6 Jahren 2x)und die angebliche Rücküberweisung ist trotz Nachfrage nie erfolgt. Wir waren schon mehrmals in den letzten Jahren dort. Leider hat in 2024 die Zahl der Hundebesitzer, die die Hinterlassenschaften ihrer Vierbeiner nicht entsorgen extrem zugenommen.

Camping de ParisBeautiful, quiet campsite. Large pitches for motorhomes. Very clean, well-heated sanitary facilities. Friendly reception staff. Shuttle bus every 30 minutes. We'll be back again.

Très beau camping au calme. Grands emplacements pour camping-car. Sanitaires très propres et bien chauffés. Le personnel d'accueil est aux petits soins. Très pratique la navette toutes les 30 mn. Nous reviendrons.

Camping de l'Ill - ColmarPleasantly surprised by the 5-person mobile home. Plenty of space. Colmar center 40 min. walk. Relatively clean. Only the tops of the furniture are never cleaned, as there was a thick layer of dust. There's no comforter cover but a simple sheet, which isn't very hygienic unless the comforters are cleaned between each rental. As for the poor campers, their feet were in the mud. It was impossible for them to get to their motorhomes without stepping in the mud. One pallet is not enough to avoid this disappointment.

Agréablement surprise par le Mobil home 5 personnes. Il y a de l'espace. Centre de Colmar à 40 min à pied. Relativement propre. Il n'y a que le dessus des meubles qui n'est jamais nettoyé car une couche épaisse de poussière était présente. Il n'y a pas de housse de couette mais un simple drap ce qui n'est pas très hygiénique sauf si les couettes sont nettoyées entre chaque location. Pour les pauvres camping-caristes ils étaient les pieds dans la boue. Impossible pour eux d'accéder à leurs camping-cars sans marcher dans la boue. Une seule palette n'est pas suffisante pour éviter cette déconvenue.
