Scammers. They stole €100 from me. They say I damaged the chairs in the property and didn’t return the deposit. I stayed at the property alone, no friends, no parties, just chill. I don’t even drink alcohol. I’m not even sure if I used those chairs since I always took food at the table outside. Avoid at any cost.

What a warm welcome by the owner. Felt very welcome. The cottage was good with a nice canopy in the garden. We would love to come back here again.

Friendly staff and a beautiful park. At reception received a coffee packet. And even for the dog there was a gift. In this way of reception they distinguish themselves.

We had 12 wonderful days. What did we like? - appearance, location and construction of the park - the small scale of the park - the brasserie - friendliness of the staff - the pool

The tranquility of the surroundings and at the park

We are currently renting a cottage and staying there with 4 adults (including grandparents) and a baby. The accommodation confirmation stated that a separate accommodation would have a box bed (for grandpa and grandma). Now it turns out there is a bunk bed in there. At the reception they say they do not have cottages with a box bed. So why do I get that confirmed by email? That was the reason we booked it. In addition, the cottage was dirty. For this they did want to send a cleaning crew, but of course the harm is already done when you want to go away cozy and you have old people sleeping in bunk beds and it is just dirty and "grandpa and grandma" have to clean "their" toilet at night. Unfortunately not a success story and so far not received compensation or another cottage, so our few days here could have been a success after all. We were eventually helped well. We still received the proposal to change rooms. Too bad this was not immediately suggested by the desk clerk working at the time. We were given an allowance for cleaning and received a bunch of flowers and wine. This did make experience more positive. At least energy was put into making sure we felt heard. Thank you for this.

Nice campsite, generous pitch, shallow pool. Run by English people, 90% English and Dutch, no more choice in the restaurant at 8 pm. Too bad it was very good. As for the rest, only one car was allowed on the mobile-home pitch for 6 people, and we had to negotiate on the day of departure to bring the second car in while we loaded our luggage. They did us a favor. I won't do them the favor of my presence a second time.

A wonderful place - in the middle of the National Park de Meinweg - with great staff, very nice pitches, great wash houses and a wonderful environment - for walking (with and without dogs) and for cycling. We always like to come back.

It is a very pleasant vacation park with a real famililial atmosphere!

We had a pleasant stay. Fabienne and Gaetan are very welcoming and our mobile home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the proximity of the town of Hauterives with all its services. We recommend Camping du Château.

Was cozy with each other. Had 8 person safari tent. Only outside seating for 4 people
