A very bad experience that ended with the cancellation of my stay (at the suggestion of the representative) while they kept their share of the €25 deposit. How can anyone behave this way toward a customer to whom they offered a cancellation...I find this simply shameful.
Chronologically:
- reservation of accommodations and request to park 2 cars and 2 boats
- negative response regarding parking boats and cars on-site (only one parking space for a car without a trailer) but an offer of unguarded outdoor parking
- clarification from the campground that even outdoors it would likely not be possible, and given these difficulties, a cancellation might be considered.
- Request to cancel the stay as suggested
- Request for a refund of the deposit given the logistical issues at this campground (sent via email in the proper format)
- Since then, no response.
The reservation was for two nights from Friday to Sunday, and the cancellation was processed on Thursday...so the accommodation could have been rented to someone else without any difficulty.
The customer service representative on the phone was very uncooperative, and their behavior was questionable regarding the refund of a €25 deposit......which we had even suggested ourselves.
Fellow boat fishermen who want to visit Lake Cazaux, give this place a wide berth and head to Capfun instead, or further south toward Sanguinet!

Super autokemping. Boli sme už viac krát a určite sa vrátime. Hygiena v sociálnych zariadeniach je na výbornej úrovni, počas celého dňa je tam obsluha, všetko čisté 1*. Na recepcii sú príjemní a milí ľudia, pomôžu, poradia. V kempe je aj bazén, kde sú k dispozícii lehátka v cene. Dosť veľké parcely s pripojením na vodu a elektriku. Pláž pri kempe je dosť široká s pozvoľným prístupom do mora. Na pláži sú lehátka so slnečníkmi za poplatok.
Jediné čo co by som vytkla je málo stromov v kempe.

We’re traveling in our RV and are very happy with it.
Shaded spots, card payments accepted at the restaurant, camping, washing machine. 19 € for ACSI members during the off-season.
Swimming pool with shaded lounging areas; it’s 35 °C here. (6/25/26)
The Ocker mine is only an 8-minute bike ride away; very cool guided tour at 10 °C.

A pleasant campground in a nice location. Lots of dogs around. There are also quite a few seasonal sites. Dog owners let their dogs use the riverbank—where people swim—as a place to relieve themselves. The dogs poop and pee right where children and other guests are playing.
I reported this, but they just laughed it off. I won’t be coming back here. Other than that, the pool is great and there’s a supermarket within walking distance.

Beautiful campground

This campground is beautifully situated on the Doubs River. There are plenty of cycling opportunities, and since it’s right on the river, it’s also an idyllic campground. It’s clearly a campground for people passing through, but if you mention that you’ll be staying longer, they’ll give you a nice spot (if possible).

The restrooms are neat and tidy. Good showers that are kept clean. The pool is accessible to campground guests, but we didn’t use it.

The spots by the water were mainly reserved for people with tents and small caravans. Fortunately, those nasty big RVs were out of our sight.

I definitely recommend this campground, but if you want to stay a little longer, be sure to mention that when you make your reservation.
