Bad Hoophuizenhefty price. ST21 left much to be desired. Ordered towel package was not ready in the cottage and heating the room remained a challenge. For this price, a little more care could be taken; including cleaning and inventory. The waterfront location is nice, the back area is more for biking than hiking.

Fors aan de prijs. ST21 liet te wensen over. Besteld handdoekpakket lag niet in het huisje klaar en het verwarmen van de kamer bleef een uitdaging. Voor deze prijs mag er best wat meer zorgvuldig gewerkt worden; ook op gebied van schoonmaak en inventaris. De ligging aan het water is mooi, het achtergebied is meer voor fietsen dan voor wandelen.

Les Cabanes d'OstendeTop notch experience! Very well equipped cottage! No expense spared! 2 times could use the Hot Tub despite less weather! Close to everything and yet very quiet. Children loved it! Definitely come back here!

Top beleving! Heel goed uitgerust huisje! Kosten noch moeite bespaard! 2 maal gebruik kunnen maken van de Hot Tub ondanks minder weer! Overal dicht bij en toch heel rustig gelegen. Kinderen vonden het top! Komen hier zeker terug!

EuroParcs Parc du SoleilArrived at this park on Thursday. Small scale, nice park. Nice little pool, lovely warm water! House is also nice, just so incredibly dirty! Really never seen such a dirty house. Floors not swept, mopped. Dust, grease and dirt everywhere. Waste from previous residents still present!!!!! Huge smell of smoke in bathroom. Toilet sat the poop on the pot. Kitchen cabinets, refrigerator really everything dirty. After I complained, they offered to clean it again. This of course refused! As if they could clean it for the second time. Demanded my money back for the mandatory cleaning. Here they complied which of course was a nice service. However, this did not solve the smell of smoke. Here they did go to apply an interior spray. This of course does not work. Unfortunately for us never again!

Donderdag aangekomen op dit park. Kleinschalig, leuk park. Leuk klein zwembad, heerlijk warm water! Huis is ook leuk, alleen zo enorm vies! Echt nog nooit zo’n vies huisje gezien. Vloeren niet geveegd, gedweild. Overal stof, vet en viezigheid. Afval van vorige bewoners nog aanwezig!!!!! Enorme rooklucht in de badkamer. Wc zat de poep op de pot. Keukenkastjes, koelkast echt alles vies. Na mijn klagen, boden ze aan het opnieuw schoon te maken. Dit natuurlijk geweigerd! Alsof ze het voor de tweede keer wel kunnen schoonmaken. Mijn geld voor de verplichte schoonmaak terug geeist. Hier hebben ze gehoor aan gegeven wat natuurlijk een prettige service was. Echter loste dit de rookgeur niet op. Hier zijn ze wel voor geweest om een interieur spray toe te passen. Dit werkt natuurlijk niet. Helaas voor ons nooit meer!

Camping Valkenburg - MaastrichtNice campsite, but the access roads to the cottages should be better if they are rented out in winter, otherwise there are always wet feet. A toaster and good knives would be great! Otherwise everything was great.

Schöner Campingplatz, aber die Zuwege zu den Häuschen sollten besser sein, wenn diese im Winter vermietet werden, sonst gibt es ständig nasse Füße. Ein Toaster und gute Messer wären noch toll! Sonst alles prima.

Camping de ParisThis is not the first time we have gone to this campsite and we have always found it stupendously well |Unfortunately this time it was not so.|When we arrive we are told that everything is full and we make arrangements for the next day |The next day we go to the reception where of course we had already paid and we are told that there has been a mistake and they do not have a pitch |Strange we see many free ones that remained so until the end of our stay |We are eventually given a Pitch |at the end of the campground in a dump of leaves and dirt where it was impossible to park the camper except on the road at the price of 75€a day |Service loading and unloading taps all broken|Bathrooms we showered together with the penguins |Shuttle service? ZuiderzeeThe park looks neat with the nice houses, only the pool and Plaza is not of this level. We were not able to swim with our granddaughter because there was a malfunction and the water was 24 gr and the area very er cooled, this was going to take days according to the staff. We went swimming in Nunspeet, this means we incurred extra costs because this was not possible at the park. The cottage was nice to see, just very poorly cleaned and there were cobwebs everywhere that had been there for a long time. There was a corner bench in need of replacement so far you sink into it, also the chair that stands there is completely sagged and if you sit here 5 min in squeeze your blood vessels in your legs. The beds slept very well (bring your own pillows), the smallest room can not. camping bed is so small while this is mentioned in the booking.|We were in cottage 144.||Would we go back to this suit? Het park ziet er netjes uit met de mooie huizen, alleen is het zwembad en de Plaza niet van dit niveau. We hebben niet kunnen zwemmen met onze kleindochter omdat er een storing was en het water 24 gr was en de omgeving heel er afgekoeld, dit ging dagen duren volgens het personeel. Wij zijn in Nunspeet gaan zwemmen, dit betekent dat we extra kosten hebben gemaakt omdat dit op het park niet mogelijk was. Het huisje was mooi om te zien, alleen heel slecht schoongemaakt en overal zaten spinnenwebben die er al heel lang zaten. Er stond een hoekbank in die aan vervanging toe is zover zak je er in, ook de stoel die er staat is helemaal door gezakt en als je hier 5 min in zit knellen je bloedvaten in je benen af. De bedden sliepen heel goed ( wel eigen kussens meegenomen), op de kleinste kamer kan geen. camping bed staan zo klein is het terwijl dit wel bij het boeken vermeld is.|Wij zaten in huisje 144.||Zouden wij nog terug gaan naar dit pak? Het antwoord is NEE

Camping de StrasbourgI had serious difficulties finding the place. The entrance is under a bridge whose height is written but not the width. Difficult to pass with my camper. Called for assistance and the lady insisted that I would pass. I canceled my reservation by email shortly after and they charged me the full two night rate even though I had not used it citing the fact that at 6 pm ( 4 hours later) they even tried to find me. Very bad availability.

Ho avuto serie difficoltà a trovare il posto. L ingresso è sotto un ponte di cui è scritta l altezza ma non la larghezza. Difficile il passaggio con il mio camper. Chiamati per ricevere assistenza la signora ha insistito a dire che sarei passata. Ho disdetto via mail la mia prenotazione poco dopo e mi hanno addebitato l intera tariffa di due notti pur non avendone usufruito adducendo il fatto che alle 18 ( 4 ore dopo) mi hanno anche provato a cercare. Pessima disponibilità.

Camping de ParisConvenient because it is close to Paris.. surrounded by greenery with pitches perfect for large Camper...only flaw are the connections with public transport the choice to replace the paper ticket with the one created by an app I find it unsuccessful ..very kind and professional girls at the reception 🤗

Comodo perché vicino a Parigi.. immerso nel verde con piazzole perfetto per grandi Camper...unica pecca sono i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici la scelta di sostituire il biglietto cartaceo con quello creato da un app la trovo fallimentare ..molto gentili e professionali le ragazze alla reception 🤗

Zuiderzee2⭐️ Reception: Staff very unfriendly. We were booked into a different accommodation without asking, although we paid extra for our "preferred house". (Short distances were important to us because of our small child. Unfortunately, the new house was much further away) After unfriendly discussions, we received the promise of a refund. It remains to be seen whether this will really happen. 🍀 Cleanliness: the house was borderline. Heating in the bathroom moldy. Musty smell throughout the house. Heating always on, yet it was freezing cold. There was a lot of soggy dog food in front of the front door. Mattresses old and worn out. Otherwise the park was visually clean. Swimming pool: complete disaster!!!!!!!!!! EuroParcs should not be allowed to boast an indoor swimming pool. This was actually one of the reasons why we chose this park. Swimming is the best alternative in bad weather. - Unfortunately not here! Water freezing cold, dirty and smelly! Defects everywhere. Indoor activities: Pool tables all defective. Many machines in the GameZone defective. POSITIVE, however, the indoor playground! It also has many defects but you can use it. And the kids had fun 🎉 Restaurants and staff: Café: the girls were very friendly! The drinks were good and the price was ok. Pizzeria and snack bar: Staff ok, prices very expensive. ( But it tasted good! 🙂) It was generally very cold everywhere. Staff wore thick sweaters and jackets everywhere. Even in the swimming pool! You can tell that savings are being made everywhere. For us, the 4 days were bearable and nice as a family. We did a lot outside. Nevertheless, we won't come back again, let alone advertise this park. For the price you could have gotten a better vacation.

2⭐️ Rezeption: Personal sehr unfreundlich. Ohne zu fragen wurden wir in eine andere Unterkunft eingebucht, obwohl wir extra mehr bezahlt haben für unser „Wunsch- Haus“. (kurze Wege wegen Kleinkind waren uns wichtig. Leider war das neue Haus sehr viel weiter weg) Nach unfreundlichen Diskussionen haben wir die Zusage für eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Ob diese wirklich kommt bleibt nun zu hoffen. 🍀 Sauberkeit: im Haus war es Grenzwertig. Heizung im Bad verschimmelt. Muffiger Geruch im ganzen Haus. Heizung immer an, dennoch war es Eiskalt. Vor der Eingangstür lag massig aufgeweichtes Hundefutter. Matratzen alt und durchgelegen.. Ansonsten war der Park optisch sauber. Schwimmbad: komplette Katastrophe!!!!!!!!!! EuroParcs sollte sich nicht mit einem Hallenbad schmücken dürfen. Dies war eigentlich einer der Gründe wieso wir diesen Park ausgewählt haben. Schwimmen ist bei schlechtem Wetter die beste Alternative. - hier leider nicht! Wasser eiskalt, dreckig und stinkt! Überall Mängel. Indoor - Aktivitäten: Billardtische alle defekt. viele Automaten in der GameZone defekt. POSITIV hingegen der indoor Spielplatz! Er hat auch viele Mängel aber man kann ihn nutzen. Und die Kids hatten Spaß 🎉 Restaurants und Personal: Café : die Mädels waren sehr freundlich! Die Getränke waren gut und preislich ok. Pizzeria und snackbar: Personal ok, Preise sehr teuer. ( Aber es hat geschmeckt! 🙂) Allgemein war es überall sehr kalt. Mitarbeiter haben überall dicke Pullover und Jacken getragen. Sogar im Schwimmbad! Man merkt, dass überall gespart wird. Für uns waren die 4 Tage auszuhalten und als Familie schön. Wir haben viel außerhalb unternommen. Dennoch werden wir nicht nochmal wieder kommen geschweige Werbung für diesen Park machen. Für den Preis hätte man durchaus bessere Urlaube bekommen.
