We had booked 2 weeks and on arrival we were disappointed because the accommodation was very dirty (we mean really dirty! The toilet was dirty, the fridge was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, the outside area was full of bird droppings, the wardrobe was dirty, etc.) We addressed this directly and it wasn't really addressed, they just said the cleaners would come back tomorrow. The following night, my husband discovered a rat in the house, which made its way into the house from outside through the kitchen and also left dirt behind. We just wanted to go home and didn't even get all our money back. We still had to pay 600 euros for the 2 horror nights. We were very disappointed with the way our situation was handled.

I have been coming to this campground with my family for 15 years, staying in a Premium Plus pitch, near toilets 1, with our own caravan (left in the campground's own storage). The facility is well maintained, clean and cared for, but despite this, pitches of this type, premium plus precisely which are considered high-end and therefore more expensive, should not be "disturbed" by the presence of the camper drain, which gives off unbearable smells especially at lunchtime. This, in my opinion, could be moved to the vicinity of the storage area and would thus be more convenient even for campers who now instead have to do several maneuvers to load and unload water. I also recommend: - Raise the first row of dishwashers, which compared to all the others is very low. - Change or fix the faucets at the bathroom sinks because they are not well attached to the sinks and the showerheads because often the water jet is not enough to rinse off - Put signs at the dishwashers indicating that they are not allowed to brush their teeth ...unfortunately many people do this, especially foreigners! - Enforce the rules, especially of the quiet hour - Lower the prices of the market because it has always been so expensive compared to other supermarkets Instead, I give kudos to the cleaning crews and maintenance workers who are super efficient, as well as the new manager. The vacation at Tortuga is always wonderful and magical.

A resounding 10, highlight the excellent treatment of their workers and their bungalows. Also highlight the monitors and especially Mateo, but not to mention the rest.

Lovely pool for all tastes. Very large. well maintained grounds all in all highly recommended. Our family is having a top time!

grote camping met veel vaste plaatsen. Camping plaatste staan vrij kort op elkaar. De toilet- en douchevoorzieningen zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Ik schat dat de bruine tegeltjes zo’n 40-50 jaar geleden gezet zijn. Ook de Brasserie heeft weinig sfeer en mag wel eens aangepakt worden. Al met al voor ons geen aanrader en wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Perfect, new, well-equipped accommodation. Swimming pool a bit cold! Snack bar average in terms of food.

Great vacation park

Dość nowe domki w stylu namiotu ale jakości premium firmy Adria. Nie wiem jak inne ale nasz posiadał kompletne wyposażenie domowe i klimatyzację. Do kontaktu z obsługą dedykowana aplikacja co jest rewelacyjnym pomysłem. Np zgłosiłem śmieci do odbioru i 15min jest obsługa 🤯. Obsługa prawie codziennie przychodzi i pyta o wymianę ręczników, papier toaletowy itd. Standard premium! Plaża świetna,szkoła windsurfing, restauracje i bar z rewelacyjną pizzą. Wrócę napewno.

Back for the 2nd year running, the campsite has improved its facilities and services this year! The flower team is even better this year! The mobile homes are always well-maintained, the team is responsive and offers a variety of activities. I'll be back with pleasure. Keep up the good work!

Nice environment, the stores and bungalow are very well clean and new, also have recently opened and everything is very new, the only two drawbacks that has seen that for me should improve is that the air conditioners of the stores cool little and during the day is very hot inside and then the issue of inputs and outputs, to us until 16.30 in the afternoon we did not get our bungalow but then the output if you have to leave it at 11.00 in the morning so I do not see it very correct

It is a beautiful place and the staff is very attentive and we have no complaints. If we recommend a broom in the cabin because the roads are fine sand and everything is filled with the same sand. We left a day earlier than planned because of the noise made by the wind with the tarps of the cabin, it is not a complaint because that can not be avoided but we were two nights without sleep so I do not put 5 stars.

Super!!!!!! Actually worth 10 stars!!! :-) Were otherwise always with a "known competitor".... Clean, very quiet, very nice and super fast service!!! I've had much worse for more money had it!
