We had a Mobilehome Baia Elite and were very disappointed. It's the most expensive category and you don't even have a sea view. New accommodation was being built around our mobile home. Building site and construction noise instead of relaxation. ||The distance to the sea is long, the staff at the snack bar on the beach are incredibly unmotivated. The 2 beaches are not very nice. ||The new pool is nice, but there is no shade (parasol/sail), you are not allowed to put up parasols and the sun loungers with parasols at the lower pool cost €20.00 extra. Everyone squeezes into the shade of a single tree... unbelievable. |At least 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol on the beach are included in this category, but not in the first row even if it is empty - the accommodation is for 6 people... not much thought was given to this either... as there were only three of us it was okay for us. |Seagull dung at the pool every day, so much for hygiene with a swimming cap... |The accommodation is totally overpriced. Price and performance are not right at all. |It's a shame that the complex is being extended with 20 new bungalows, then the infrastructure will no longer be right. ||The disco was upstairs at the reception (center) - it was way too loud, you couldn't find any peace until 11pm. Even if you didn't want to, you were right in the middle of it. ||We didn't feel comfortable or welcome. There was always a strange atmosphere. Good: selection in the supermarket, boat rental company.

Liked: Site was quiet, but the end of the season. Clean and tidy and plenty of space. Great food from the Restaurant and great hosts. Disliked: None

We stayed the last week of August, family of 4 (kids 2,5) booked through Eurocamp, 2bed premium with lounge decking.|Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday. The cabin was clean, modern and comfy and we were lucky to be very well located, just a short 2min walk from the main centre at the lower end so very handy. The cabin was quite small and definitely a squeeze though. This was our second eurocamp holiday and we felt this cabin wasn’t as well layed out as our last holiday. We made sure we had one with lounge decking which is definitely worth the extra to sit comfortably outside more. This cabin had no hairdryer (it says on the website site it does but when I rang the desk to ask them to bring one they said they no longer provide the and it is an error on the website), no hanging space and the inside table was squashed up right against the ‘sofa’. You couldn’t open the dishwasher without pushing the table and chairs right out the way. There was no cupboard space for food, only one mirror and very little bathroom storage space, so toiletries were on the floor. Shower temperature was tricky to get consistent and regularly fluctuated between too hot or freezing cold. We ordered the linen package but I feel this provided quite poor value for money with thin old bed covers and doesn’t include a shower mat so the floor was always wet outside the shower. The on-site Wi-Fi is poor and drops out a lot but we were able to ‘roam like at home’ with our network provider so didn’t bother us. The air con was great given the weather (heatwave!) though. ||The site itself was very clean, tidy and well kept. Even the communal showers and toilets. Laundry facilities on site for €5/load. We had a hire car so did a full shop at the large co-op in Figline Valdarno - the on-site shop had quite a few things though and wasn’t badly priced. Parking on site - we always managed to find a space near our cabin. Pools generally felt full and crowded and was a bit dirty in places but we could always get a sun bed somewhere to leave our stuff. It did quieten down towards the end of our week into September. We preferred the upper pool area as it felt less chaotic and more suited to younger kids but it is a hot uphill hike or a queue for the train. I liked how the shallower pool area floors were spongy and soft to cushion slips and falls. Avoid restaurante Bollo on site, it was terrible - bland ready meal food. There is a hu web app where you can find out what’s on but you can’t book anything through it. We tried to book the buffet at restaurant Sant Andreas one evening but they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails as suggested. |We had ‘dinner in the vineyard’ on Saturday evening at Palagina just up the road. This was a 3 course meal arranged by the camp and we used their shuttle service so we could enjoy the wine. It was brilliant, and we thoroughly recommend - a highlight of our trip. The kids enjoyed it too. |We managed independent day trips to brolio castle, Greves and Firenze (train from Figline V).|Overall we would recommend this park and we had a really relaxing family break.

1100 different dwellings for every need, two very nice pool areas for adults and children, in fact a small village surrounded by greenery. Supermarket conad inside, food areas and different events during the evenings. Friendly and helpful staff, recommended for families

I recommend everyone to come to the tortuga in vignola,fun guaranteed,mini club for kids super 🥰. Beautiful sea,amazing pool.very comfortable mobile home. We chose the lux bay a few steps from the pool..

Great place surrounded by greenery, if you want to spend a weekend of relaxation and fun immersed beautiful chianti countryside is a great choice,you can stay or camping or in the hotel near the pools a village equipped really with all the comforts

Questionable experience, the pool was not very clean as in the photos. As for the village restaurant, the service was disappointing from the waitresses.

The best thing about the bungalows is the mattresses, the air conditioning and the very clean kitchenware. The sociocultural animator, Luis, a fantasy. Ahhh in September the staff was a bit scarce. We would definitely repeat

Great campsite in the woods. Good facilities, nice facilities. Great bread from the shop in the morning (needs to be ordered the day before).
