Europark Buitenhuizen is very nice in itself. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The house we rented was very clean, but cramped and too small for 6 people. There was no closet in the children’s room. We would certainly have felt comfortable there otherwise, but the background noise from the airplanes was simply unbearable. Unfortunately, we have to agree with the negative reviews here. However, the park management was extremely nice and approved a rebooking to Molengroet after two nights.

Der Europark Buitenhuizen ist an sich sehr schön. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das von uns gemietete Haus war sehr sauber, aber eng und für 6 Personen zu klein. Im Kinderzimmer war kein Schrank. Wir hätten uns trotzdem bestimmt wohlgefühlt, aber die Geräuschkulisse der Flugzeuge war einfach nicht auszuhalten. Wir müssen uns hier den negativen Bewertungen leider anschließen. Die Parkverwaltung war jedoch super nett und hat uns nach zwei Nächten eine Umbuchung nach Molengroet genehmigt.

It’s unbelievably loud—even at night, over 50 planes flew over the vacation home. They should make it very clear on the website that a plane lands at least every 4 minutes. On top of that, the place is very dirty—there’s no sign of relaxation.
We had to keep everything closed at night; otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to sleep a wink. This made the air very stuffy and the night very short. Absolutely not recommended—it’s a real letdown for vacationers who come here looking to relax!this is a translation, click here for the original
Es ist unfassbar laut , selbst in der Nacht sind über 50 Flieger übers Ferienhaus geflogen . Man sollte es ganz groß auf die Seite schreiben das Minimum alle 4 Minuten ein Flieger landet. Noch dazu ist die Unterkunft sehr dreckig , von Erholung keine Spur.
Wir mussten in der Nacht alles zu machen sonst hätten wir gar kein Auge zu bekommen dadurch wurde die Luft sehr unangenehm und die Nacht sehr kurz. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und wirklich eine Täuschung von Urlaubern die wegen Erholung hier her kommen ! -
