Perfect without words I go since I was 5 years old and I will not stop going to this campsite this was written in 2019 and this in 2025. I have spent my summers at this campground since I was 5 years old. It was my favorite place in the world, where time stood still and everything seemed simpler, happier. There I lived moments that marked my childhood, made friends that I still keep and created memories that will stay with me forever. Every summer was an adventure. The soccer tournaments, the tennis afternoons and the parties on the sandy beach, we are not going to fool ourselves, the cheerleaders who filled every corner with laughter... At night, the campsite came to life: bicycles everywhere, children running around, families chatting in every plot. You had to be careful not to bump into a child on a bike. It was a wonderful chaos. There is almost nothing left of what I used to remember so fondly. The cheerleaders have disappeared, there are no more soccer or tennis tournaments... practically none of the activities that used to give life to the place are left. The awnings that offered shade have been removed, tents are no longer allowed, and although the prices have gone up, the services have worsened. The only things that have really improved are the bathrooms and the swimming pool, but that is not enough. There is no barbecue area, and in summer the restaurant is often overcrowded: either you dine early or you don't dine at all because it closes very early at 8 o'clock at least. And the hardest thing of all is the silence... that silence that did not exist before. Now the campsite looks like an empty village in the middle of winter. Before you could see that it was a campsite designed for families. There was atmosphere, movement, joy in every corner. It's a real shame, because it was a pleasure to go. The treatment was close, very familiar I will not put names but those of all life know the people I speak of, and every year you went with illusion. Now that illusion has been extinguished. What saddens me the most is that my daughter will not be able to live or enjoy what I lived in that campsite".

I was locked out because NOBODY at the damn reception was able to explain to us that at 23:00 they CLOSE COMPLETELY, they gave me a code to open the barrier and forgot the detail that at 23:00 it is no longer valid. NO ONE MENTIONED THIS AT ANY TIME AND NOW WE HAVE TO SLEEP IN THE OUTSIDE PARKING without being able to plug in the van and the fridge, where we have medicine that can not lose the cold chain. We did not communicate and we were denied entry.

What a lovely two days spent with Brenda, Tony and the boys. The girls and we loved every moment spent there between the pool and the barbecue. Perfect place between the trees and the mountains with every needed commodities. With a surprising list of good wines that can be tasted with live music 😉 Ended up being the spot we would like to find out earlier this summer🌲💦🥓🍷

Beautiful campground by the river, spacious sites with plenty of shade. We arrived at our spot and there was still junk from the previous people, beer bottles, old bread, empty chip bags etc.... Strategic location for excursions. The river is not good for swimming. Everything is under the green tjap, algae gunk. So don't expect to be able to take a nice dip in the morning. For this you will have to go to the pool or to Ruoms 7km or Cirque du Gens 3km On the closed part of the campsite where 't staff stay is a daily nuisance. Until after midnight there is very loud talking, (shouting) noise/partying people, while the rest of the campsite is quiet. Cars with boys who come home after 00h and then start whole conversations with each other. You don't sleep yourself before 1am because of this, which is very annoying. During the day many barking dogs daily whose owners are not at the tent and leave dog alone?we sit with our caravan next to glamping tents, in the evening it smells on our place to open sewer, . we think the smell comes from the Glamping tent. terrible stench, (poop smell) that in the evening you really just can't sit in front of your caravan. We only stayed 5 days, if I had stayed longer I would have asked for a different spot. Mega friendly reception on arrival, friendly lady, bit chaotic but I found funny. In the restaurant works 1 French guy who speaks very good English and also wants to speak English himself, he is really a hospitality topper, on such staff you may be economical. Friendly, professional, funny and keeps everything super well in mind, looks very relaxed while he works mega hard and has fun in his work! Sandwich service with super tasty baguettes for a decent price. Please note if you come to the campsite via Pradons go left around the next village and not directly through it. The village is forbidden for caravans and campers. We saw the sign just too late and had to turn onto a very narrow road with our 7 meter caravan. That was spicy!

Say camping on Lake Garda, everyone knows Bella Italia. One of the largest campsites. The pictures and stories on the Internet are mostly positive. Many people have been coming back to it for years. For us this was a once in a lifetime experience. But then really a once in a lifetime experience. Of course it is very personal what you think of something. We are campers who like liveliness, but not crowds and masses. This campground is definitely that. What we found annoying is that you were not assigned a camping pitch in advance or could choose one when booking. Upon arrival you have to look for a free spot yourself. Because we arrived at 4pm, there was not much free anymore, at least not really suitable for our tent. The spots we saw free a day later were all bigger than the one we were in. Because the campground was really big, and we were in one corner and the sports field all the way in the other corner, our youngest son got discouraged from trying to play soccer. Swimming in the pool we did 1 x, what a crowd. Every day we went to the lake, wonderful what a space to move and pleasant water! If you want to get sandwiches at the supermarket around 9:30 you can stand in line for half an hour. No way I'm going to do that. Luckily we have an oven and bake-off bread so we get by just fine that way. We had live music every night from the beach bar at the adjacent campground. Fortunately, the music was good and stopped at 11 p.m. sharp. I did not experience that as disturbing. I did experience the cramped streets with the mega caravans and campers that pass right by your tent because the neighbors in their mobile homes, put the car in front of the door in the middle of the street of 1.5 meters wide. We were also surprised this year by a new phenomenon for us: caravan air conditioners. If you go to a hot destination as a camper with a caravan, then of course you must have such a noisy thing, so you can sleep well at night. Then think about the campers in a tent! Those all have units of 60db around them that they sleep 2 meters away from. Fortunately, they took it into consideration after kindly asking them not to turn the thing on at night. We wanted something different this year. We succeeded. But we didn't like the vibe at the campground. I would, if I were to go to Lake Garda again, opt more for the west side, like around Salo. What a relief. Or just again to a campsite without all those frills like a shopping center, 5 restaurants, mega pool, animation. You pay for everything, we personally don't need that.

Very nice cottage. Each room private shower or bath and private toilet. Very much to do in the park itself: swimming, mini golf, paddling and more there is also much in the neighborhood to do. Kwa cleaning is disappointing was still hair in the shower wells and the floor in bathroom not very clean.

Second stay here the 1st was almost perfect the second disaster they put me the tent stuck to the sanitary block which is constantly lit so that much light the tent without counting the people who come to do the dishes at midnight 🤦🤦🤦🤦 too bad I liked this campsite

Très bon petit camping, familial, calme et reposant. Ça change vraiment des grandes chaînes comme Siblu, Yellow Villages ou MS Vacances, où il y a souvent beaucoup trop de monde. Ici, l’ambiance est plus simple et détendue. Le camping est composé en grande partie de vacanciers néerlandais (très sympas d’ailleurs), ce qui ne surprend pas vu que le propriétaire l’est probablement aussi. Il est super gentil, tout comme son collègue qui nous a accueillis à l’arrivée. La dame à l’accueil est aussi très souriante et agréable. Il n’y a pas d’animations sur place, ce qui peut décevoir certains, mais nous ça nous allait très bien. On cherchait du calme, et ce serait le cas... si seulement les campings voisins ne faisaient pas autant de bruit tous les soirs (jusqu'à 2h du matin !). Ce n’est pas la faute du camping en lui-même, mais ça peut gêner (notamment pour ceux en tantes). Le mobil-home était plutôt propre, même si quelques coins auraient mérité un peu plus d’attention côté ménage. L’emplacement qu’on avait offrait une très belle vue sur les hauteurs de Fréjus et Saint-Raphaël, ainsi que les montagnes. C’était vraiment magnifique. Le camping est situé sur une montagne, donc certains emplacements sont en hauteur, et la pente est sérieuse (ce n’est pas une simple petite côte). Mais c’est aussi ce qui lui donne du charme. Niveau localisation, c’est top. Carrefour Contact et boulangerie en bas du camping, plages pas loin, commerces accessibles... La piscine est propre et agréable. Un deuxième bassin ou un petit toboggan ne seraient pas de trop. Autre détail appréciable, on peut rentrer au camping à n’importe quelle heure, ce qui est rare. Pas de barrière bloquée à 23h comme dans d’autres campings. Petit regret tout de même sur les pistes cyclables dans la ville. Elles sont quasi inexistantes et pas sécurisées du tout. On se retrouve facilement à rouler à côté de voitures qui passent à 70 km/h. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un camping qu’on a bien apprécié pour sa tranquillité, sa taille humaine et l’accueil chaleureux.

Nice location and there is also something to do at the campground, but with a tent I would extremely advise against it. It doesn't smell normal, like there is a leaking sewer next to you. 11 months ago someone stayed here who had to go through the same stench, so the problem doesn't get any attention either. Consequently, I have no idea how the people next door are holding up. The house you have WiFi in is not cozy and the worst Huttopia hut I have been in so far. I wanted to go to the toilet in the house, but the soap was broken and you were not allowed to use the faucet for some reason. I really hope they can take something useful from this review and actually do something about it!

I've been camping for two weeks with my two daughters (7&9 years old, from Switzerland). We have the Baia Blu bungalow, which is very well equipped. The beach is very well maintained and clean and snorkeling is also possible. It was often very windy and setting up the parasol was a challenge as it didn't stand up well in the pebbles. The campsite is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The entertainment team caters to all children and makes a great effort. There is a market on the campsite where you can find the most important things. The restaurant and gelateria are super good. Only the location could be a bit better. It's over an hour to Olbia if you really want to go shopping. I would recommend the place.

Family campsite with a great atmosphere! A perfect team, from the reception team to the campsite staff and especially the manager and the entertainers!
