Vakantiepark Klein StrandDue to the parents' sudden deteriorating health condition, one couple could not go with us to the Little Beach. The stay had already been booked and paid for in advance. Yet these people were not refunded their money or even given a voucher (to be able to go camping afterwards). Not customer-oriented.

Door de plotselinge verslechte gezonheidstoestand van de ouders, kon één koppel niet meegaan naar het Klein Strand. Het verblijf was reeds op voorhand vastgelegd en betaald. Toch kregen deze mensen hun geld niet teruggestort of zelfs geen voucher (om nadien alsnog te kunnen gaan kamperen). Niet klantgericht.

Luxury Lodge + hot tub
Soof RetreatsSoof is a wonderful environment to unwind, also for the children. We had an accommodation with a hot tub in a cozy garden. The pool was closed in our period, but looked nice for better weather. The visit to the brasserie was very successful. Nice atmosphere, good food, friendly staff. Finally we rented a bike to explore the beautiful surroundings. The questions I had were nicely and quickly solved (despite there being no structural staff at the reception). We decided on the spot that we didn't want to go home after 3 nights and spontaneously booked an extra night. Layout of the cottage very good.

Soof is een heerlijke omgeving om tot rust te komen, ook voor de kinderen. We hadden een accommodatie met een hottub in een gezellige tuin. Het zwembad was gesloten in onze periode, maar zag er leuk uit voor beter weer. Het bezoek aan de brasserie was erg geslaagd. Leuke sfeer, lekker eten, vriendelijke medewerkers. Uiteindelijk ook nog een fiets gehuurd om de mooie omgeving verder te verkennen. De vragen welke ik had werden keurig en snel opgelost (ondanks dat er geen structurele bezetting is bij de receptie). Ter plekke hebben we besloten dat we na 3 nachten nog helemaal niet naar huis wilden en hebben er spontaan een nacht bij geboekt. Indeling van het huisje erg goed.
