Stayed here for the week with the camper van, quiet, clean place with pool to the delight of the child. Nice staff...

Just returned from 10 days of Rainbow experience. And an experience it was! Wonderfully enjoyed the spacious place with my three youngest children (17-15-11). The plumbing is super clean and the showers wonderful! The cleaning may get a compliment. The youth had a great time with the fun, not too busy, set-up of the animation team. Sweet girls and boy ;) Me too by the way :) The owners are very nicely involved with the guests without too much pressure. A good conversation, a smile or even a quick stop by for help nothing is too much. There is connection but you can also be fine on your own if desired. The iced coffee was magically delicious ;) All in all had a super experience and definitely want to come back again.

A magical family holiday at Guillaume and Lucéa's charming campsite, where we've just spent 10 wonderful days. The campsite is a haven of happiness, surrounded by trees and animals: everything we love. The pitches are spacious and shady, and the campsite is very well maintained and tastefully furnished. There are plenty of activities for children, and the staff are always so attentive and friendly. No need to mention the incredible number of activities available around the campsite: visits to caves, castles, troglodyte villages, river activities, etc... We are absolutely delighted with our stay and look forward to returning. A great season to the whole team and thanks again for your warm welcome.

We stayed for 7 nights in a Hackfort 4 (V45), and we loved it. Very nice campsite - not a lot of activities, but enough for our 2-year-old, and to use as a base for our acitivities in the area. The Hackfort was nice - not as clean as we might have hoped, but not dirty either. Loved the fact that there were parking at the house, and a litte garden for our son to roam ;-) We will rate the stay a 4/5 - but need to mention a couple of downsides, though not enough to drag the review down; - The campsite is HUGE! We lived in the far end from the little shop, laundromat etc, so very far from everything. - The indoor pool was closed for the duration of the stay, so we only had one day warm enough for swimming outside. We received a mail about this a couple of days before our stay - no kind of compensation, tho. - And the MAJOR problem we faced; on the site, the speedlimit is 10 km/h. Our experience was that we were more or less the only people who drove 10... Often when driving in or out of the park, we had cars tailgating all the way, and no way to pass - NOT TO MENTION the campsite cleaning staff who raced around in their small "carts" when cleaning the houses - both driving a lot more that 10 km/h, AND going against the "one-way signs" in the park, so more than one time we had to jump to the side because one of those carts came racing around a corner... This part is the MAIN complaint about the stay... We will be back, tho - and hope not to get run over ;-)

We came here by accident because there was possibly something in the screw. After consultation we were able to go straight to the crane and ten minutes later the problem was fixed and we could go on with peace of mind. That, we did not do. Friend had already put a chair in the shade and we decided to stay for two nights. Enjoyed the Frisian hospitality! Unfortunately, the restaurant was not (yet) open, but otherwise everything was okay, and the price was not too bad. This in contrast to the Marina of Stavoren, which tells a passer-by with junk in the propeller that fixed berth members have priority and you have to wait 2 days for a waiting list. So next time we sail past to.... Marina Warns... Big plus ! Quiet location, very friendly staff, neat sanitary facilities although the shower heads could give a bit more and warmer water. We really had a top stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful (which is sometimes different at these types of locations). Everything looks clean and neat, also the food is beyond expectations. There are more than enough sports resources such as balls, badminton sets and so on available for free. Furthermore, the grill at the tent is a top addition and the facilities in the tent are fine. However, the tent is quite tight for 4 people.

The accommodation was top, clean, well cared for and quality! Good and friendly service! The location is magnefiek, the nature is fantastic!

We used this campsite as a quick stop over for a couple nights (D day beaches and a little unknown place called Saint Michel Mont). All good, no complaints, friendly and clean. The majority of other campers seemed to be doing the same as us 1 or 2 nights (although we could have been the short stay section??)

Very nice complex, everything very well maintained. You can do a lot and feel very comfortable.

A super great complex with beautifully maintained houses . A kitchen that is well equipped. An extra toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink. The bed was very comfortable. A super great environment. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

We stayed there for a week as a family with two small children. Unfortunately, the accommodation (luxury chalet) did not convince us. Everything is outdated and needs to be renovated. In the kitchen we were missing simple things. There is no insect screen on the windows. The air conditioning has to be paid extra. WLAN was relatively slow. The week before we were in another resort for the same price with real "luxury" (if you want to call it luxury) + significantly more offers for the children including entertainment and closer to the beach. And if you pay the same price for both.... The location is great for bike tours over the dunes and walks. There were two playgrounds which were also nice.
