Very nice campsite with large pitches. Accomodation fantastic! Restaurant was delicious! Highly recommended

If 0 stars was possible it would have gotten it. We have had a really bad experience here. Nothing is what we paid for and on the pitch everything is expensive - you have to pay 10 euros a day for 2 sunbeds and a parasol in addition to what you have already paid for - if you are 6 in a mobile home it is 30 euros a day. Then you have to pay for internet, in addition, on this site you have to pay an ECO tax which is 2.80 Euro a day - for 6 people for a week it is 135 Euro - you get nothing extra for that money and the site is not worth it. When we arrived, they were undergoing a renovation that we were not made aware of by the travel company, so there was no opportunity to buy beer or food by the pool, the restaurant is located at the other end of where the pool is located. Last but not least, the day we arrived we were up with our children who wanted to swim a little, it should be said that it was raining and there was almost no one at the pool, it was 17.30 (the pool closes at 19) we put up a parasol so we could just sit in dry weather and watch the kids bathe, but the lifeguard came and knocked it down, he mumbled something and took it away, then we went up a little on a landing and sat down, here we allowed ourselves to put up a parasol as our 3 year old nephew did not want to swim and we just had to wait for the big ones to finish, then the lifeguard came again, and very aggressively knocked the parasol down again and scolded in Italian, we said that we should probably go down and pay, but that we were sitting here in the rain and there was no one else, so it was not because we took something from someone or that it could be a problem - the lifeguard became more and more aggressive and provocative and seriously pushed my brother-in-law, shouted him in the head and made some kind of ball movements against my brother-in-law - all this in front of our children, we have never experienced anything like this. We of course complained about it and were allowed to have a parasol put up for half an hour without paying, but that was really what was done by the site. The lifeguard came back and just sat and looked at his phone - so we can't hope anyone really gets in trouble. Unfortunately we have to stay for the next 5 days as everything else is booked - but one thing is certain. I have to say that I was quite reluctant but I have to highlight the beauty and tranquility of this place, the staff of 10 and tantovel supermarket as the restaurant super correct food quality price of 10, the service of 10 also, so sure I will return!!!!

Calm, perfect welcome, clean, I recommend

Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay - what a special place. The tent and whole private area was beyond our expectations- so much space and we weren’t expecting our own hot tub and discovery tent! Kids (4 and 2) and grown ups had a truly wonderful time. Will be recommending to all the families i know!

Nice campground, more transit than long term. Toilets/showers are kept very clean. Big disadvantage is the bike path that lies between the river and the camping spots, people cycle by here at great speed and do not take into account crossing children/people. Also, the urinals at the men's toilets are dirty, urine stays in them until someone throws a bucket of water through them. There is some overdue maintenance, for example several power points are hanging loose and the cabinets of these are broken.

Fine quiet campground. Generally large pitches. We had pitch 7 and found this a very nice spot with plenty of shade. The pool is not large and therefore sometimes very full at the end of the afternoon. The temperature of the pool water is fine for us does not need to be warmer. The showers are self-regulating in terms of temperature but the jet is not at every shower fine to rinse your hair for example. The plumbing was generally neat. The animation at the campsite was limited but more than fine for us. The lady of the animation team was very friendly. The other team members of the campsite were also very friendly. A lovely relaxing campsite and for us one to remember and recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very positive experience, ideal for family with young children or 16-18 year olds. Very interesting bar and restaurant for both aperitifs and selection of dishes. Good helpful and attentive guys, restaurant and village managers saved me vacanza❤️

Came for a 4-day weekend to relax and well it was missed!!!! Loud music every night in the restaurant and in the tents, I can tell you that you can hear everything! What's more, when I booked on Booking, I was charged for sheets (30 Euros) even though I'd brought my own. It was impossible to get a refund, the campsite owner turned a deaf ear and didn't even reply to my messages, and the service provider who rented the tents confirmed that a refund had been made, but since my stay, i.e. June 5, no refund has been made. I'm very disappointed with my stay!

When booking directly from the park, we were assured that we would get a house with only one staircase, as we were arriving with an electric wheelchair and ventilator. It was changed on site in bad English to a house with 3 steps. The car is parked directly in front of the entrance to the house, so that every time we leave the house we have to drive the car away, set up the ramp. Then down, dismantle the ramp and have to drive the car back to the designated parking lot. That is impossible. The pool was closed this morning for technical reasons. And from 8.00 a.m. the lawn is mowed and hedges are trimmed. The house is a good size and has a nice terrace.
