Camping le RocWhat a disappointment I arrived yesterday and was kicked out of the pool because my shorts were too long, even though no one had warned me by e-mail or telephone that shorts of this type were forbidden. The scene took place in front of my daughter, with whom I was playing peacefully and who decided to get out of the pool and not take advantage of it, so as not to leave me alone. Quelle désillusion Arrivé hier, je me fais virer de la piscine car mon short est trop long alors que personne ne m'avait prévenu ni par mail ni par téléphone que ce type de short était interdit. La scène a lieu devant ma fille avec qui je jouais tranquillement et qui décide de sortir de la piscine et de ne pas en profiter pour ne pas me laisser seule. Un peu de savoir vivre ne fais pas de mal, un excès de zèle par contre. Soyez certain qu'on ne remettra plus un pied chez vous et que je vous ferai la publicité nécessaire autour de moi.

Camping le RocMore and more disappointed with this chain. Long reception (1 hour), even though all the arrangements are made in advance to facilitate the work of the staff. At this point, we learn that the campsite is divided into 2 annexes, and nothing is explained on the booking site, which highlights the main park, where we think we've booked. Unlucky for us, we're sent to the annex park, still under construction, in an old-fashioned mobile home that's not very clean, with no parking space. We call the switchboard to take over the cleaning (black toilet floor.....), but the haughty lady has difficulty hearing our complaint. She tells us to send a team.... it's been 1 hour and no one has shown up yet.... Team overwhelmed.... The cleaning team finally arrived, friendly and efficient. But this will probably be our last capfun.

De plus en plus déçue de cette chaîne. Accueil long( 1h ) alors que les démarches sont faites en amont pour faciliter le travail des équipes. On apprend à ce moment là que le camping est divisé en 2 annexes et rien n'est expliqué sur le site de réservation qui met en valeur le parc principal, dans lequel on pense avoir réservé. Pas de bol pour nous, on est envoyé au parc annexe encore en chantier, dans un mobil home vieillot et pas très clean, sans place de parking. On appelle le standard pour reprendre le nettoyage (fond des WC noir.....), la demoiselle hautaine entend difficilement notre réclamation. Elle nous indique envoyer une équipe.... ça fait 1h et personne ne s'est encore présenté.... Équipe débordée.... L'équipe de nettoyage est finalement venue, sympathique et efficace. Mais ça sera sans doute notre dernier capfun .

Die Unterkunft war ordentlichen und alles Notwendige lag bei Ankunft gut ersichtlich bereit. Der Park ist gepflegt und bietet reichlich Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsziele. Gerade mit Kindern ist der Park sehr zu empfehlen.

Camping Saint AmandTop campsite. The location is really ideal. Quiet, surrounded by nature. The campsite is very good. Clean and tidy. The swimming pools are perfect and numerous, so there's always room to swim or play with the kids. Campers respect the quiet in the late evening. Quality restaurant. Very good campsite I don't rate the rooms, as we stayed in tents.
