Highly recommended! Had a wonderful vacation with the two of us and our two dogs. Plenty of nice spots to pitch the tent. The pizza and food truck are also good. Very nice when you just arrived and don't feel like cooking 😉. Sanitary facilities are very clean. Also plenty to do for children. We would love to come back again !

Nice campsite and friendly (though quite young) staff who do their stinking best. Everything very clean and lots of fun for the kids.

After 4 nights in a tent with my son, I wanted to share my opinion of this campsite. Quite disappointed by this establishment: not in keeping with the image given by Huttopia on the website, average value for money considering the number of stars. Our pitch was already very unsatisfactory, located right in the middle of a passageway - I tried to change because there were free pitches, even if it meant changing again afterwards, but it wasn't possible according to the person at reception - everything seemed complicated because of the central reservation office... Other points: the campsite is cut in 2 by a main road: as we had friends on the "other side", it was complicated and impractical with 6 and 7 year olds. The pool terrace is very, very slippery around the entrance and the ladder, and 3 people fell on their coccyxes in front of my eyes while walking very slowly. A "slippery" sign was put up only on the 3rd day of our stay! We need to find a solution to this problem. The pool's water line is very dirty (clearly visible on the beige liner), which is not very pleasant. The proposed night hike is not accessible to young children, contrary to what the people at reception said. The snack bar is also rather disappointing. Overall, the staff seem young and unprofessional. Finally, this is a "big" campsite, and not very friendly for my taste. On the plus side: direct access to the Verdon for breakfast and dinner...

This review is for Eurocamp customers only. Absolutely disgusting Eurocamp accommodation. If you plan to visit this site please book with HU or Roan. We stayed here for 5 nights, June 29th - July 4th. This was our first 'Eurocamp' holiday and we booked to stay in a Premium Azure Holiday Home. The site itself, operated by Hu and not Eurocamp, was fine, well maintained etc. It was with our accommodation that the issues arose. Supposedly staying in 'premium' accommodation, our home (site no320) was visually very run down and we were definitely surprised as we were expecting similar to what is pictured on the Eurocamp website. This was something that could be looked past but its internal condition was not. The smell of damp in the interior was overwhelming and it was present on almost every surface on the homes interior (see the pictures). My wife and I are not pretentious but when travelling with 2 young children this is not acceptable accommodation, it was genuinely unfit for human habitation. When we asked to be moved to an alternative accommodation, the Eurocamp staff told us there was none available, and that we would have to stay where we were! Unwilling to put ourselves and more importantly our children at the risk of getting ill, we enquired at the HU desk regarding availability amongst their homes and were thankfully able to move out of 320. We had to subsequently pay for this accommodation alongside our uninhabitable Eurocamp accommodation however which was not ideal. As I have stated in the title of this review, the 2 other companies on this site, HU and Roan, provide significantly better quality accommodation than Eurocamp. I cannot stress this enough, if you wish to visit this site, DO NOT BOOK WITH EUROCAMP, their accommodation is old, outdated and damp! Over a month removed from our holiday, we have only in the last few weeks received feedback from Eurocamp regarding our complaints. Having paid over £500 for our stay, Eurocamp, whilst acknowledging that they are providing substandard accommodation at this location and that they were unable to provide us with an alternative, state that company policy dictates that they can only offer a refund up to a maximum of £250 🤯 I feel the pictures attached say it all. Eurocamp are aware they are providing uninhabitable accommodation at this site and as a result are knowingly allowing their customers to pay for a service which will likely contribute to them experiencing miserable holidays that could possibly cause illness. My advice would be if you have booked a Eurocamp holiday here or indeed anywhere, contact them now and ask for actual time stamped pictures showing the current state of the inside and outside of their accommodation and not trust the stock ones from their website. We were told our home was 9 years old and as it was structurally in a really poor state, this might be something worth asking also. This is what what happened to us and if we can prevent it happening to others, at least something good will come out of this experience.

Had a very nice time (midweek). Nice campsite. Very spacious converted. Large pitches for own tent or camper, caravan. We were in a bungalow tent (6p) on a family field with 5 tents. Perfect for our family ( ages 1 to 10). Children quickly had camping friends, everyone was nice, cozy and helpful. There is a play barn where we did sit every morning. Many toys. And on the family field a sandbox. They also liked the toy tractors and scooters. Perfect.

The campsite managers are very pleasant. The pitch is good, well shaded and an ideal place to visit the surrounding area. The restaurant doesn't operate, but very good food trucks come several times a week. There are children's toilets and baby baths, which is very practical. The negative point is the cleanliness of the toilets, which remain dirty despite the fact that someone comes to clean them once a day.

Well-situated campsite close to the lake and its leisure centre. There are only a few tent pitches by the lake. We had booked 2 pitches for 7 people: we were put side by side but asked 2 times. It was only by the skin of our teeth that we weren't asked to pay a €100 preference fee! Lots of paying options but a 4-star service that wasn't found on our pitch (I started by cleaning our pitch of cigarette butts and other small garbage), (this wasn't due to a lack of staff as one person cleans the pitch numbering signs), the ground had several holes (a little levelling would be welcome to plug the wheel holes and make it easier to pitch a tent). The sanitary facilities are decent, but again, perhaps not up to 4-star standards. We didn't find ourselves in the Huttopia dynamic, preferring real service and the simpler spirit of camping.

Fine campsite, many Dutch people, high season is from mid July to mid August, we were there from mid August to the end of August and unfortunately the 2nd week very quiet. Really nice campsite though and friendly staff. Next time we will come at the end of July!

Campsite normally well located according to the sote. But our site is located right next to a road that is very very busy. Take earplugs or better still, run away!!!!

The whole family loved it. The proximity of the ocean, The beauty of the pitches, the warm welcome from the team. The playground. Everything just perfect. We'll be back for sure.

2nd stay at this campsite. Always so pleasant and relaxing to stay here. Our pitch was very spacious; handy for parking our bikes and hanging out our washing. The P17 European-standard electrical sockets are very practical and easy to use. The pizzas are as good as ever (they were a welcome addition to our aperitifs when they weren't our meals) and the possibility of ordering bread and pastries is always a plus for breakfast. Despite a change of team from last year, the staff are as pleasant and available as ever to help us enjoy our stay. As for the sanitary facilities, what could be better: showers with hairdryers available and always clean, washbasins, toilets, space for dishes, bins for cleaning shellfish and bins for washing clothes in addition to the washing machines and tumble dryer. The peace and quiet and the sound of the waves lulled our vacation and helped me recharge my batteries. I'll be back with great pleasure.
