Silva sauna
Resort VeluweThe cottage and the pool. Negative point: high chair was missing on arrival. The same evening we submitted a report through the website. Next day at 11:30 went to reception to explain situation. Apparently they had not had a notification. Could bring a chair to our cottage. Would have been kinder if offered to bring the chair ourselves instead of a guest (who had booked the chair when booking) having to lug that chair all over the park.

Het huisje en het zwembad. Negatief punt: kinderstoel miste bij aankomst. Dezelfde avond hebben we een melding ingediend via de website. Volgende dag om half 12 naar receptie gegaan om situatie uit te leggen. Ze hadden blijkbaar geen melding gehad. Kon een stoel meenemen naar ons huisje. Was vriendelijker geweest als zelf aangeboden was om de stoel te brengen in plaats van dat een gast (die de stoel geboekt had bij reservering) die stoel moet sjouwen het hele park over.
