Holiday Park MölkeWe used the campsite and were happy with our pitch. However, there are far too few sanitary facilities. There are only two sanitary buildings in total and therefore only four toilets and three showers for each gender. In the low season it may just about be possible, but even here it sometimes gets tight. Another criticism is that the showers only work with a kind of chip that you have to hold in front of the sensor. You then have water for a few minutes and then have to wait, soaped up and freezing, for the water to turn on again after a good five minutes. This makes showering a test of nerves and is no fun at all! The sanitary facilities were clean, but partly outdated. The location is good and there is plenty for children to discover. But now to the biggest point of criticism: the service is terrible! We accidentally paid too much money and asked for a refund. After two emails, we were assured that we would get our money back. After more than a month and further emails, nothing has happened and we have been ignored. This is not acceptable! We still haven't received our money back. Because of this experience we will not visit the place again. It feels like Mölke would like to get rich from our transfer error!

Wir haben den Campingplatz genutzt und waren mit unserem Stellplatz zufrieden. Allerdings gibt es viel zu wenig Sanitäranlagen. Es gibt insgesamt nur zwei Sanitärgebäude und so insgesamt nur vier Toiletten und drei Duschen für jedes Geschlecht. In der Nebensaison mag es gerade noch gehen, aber auch hier wird es manchmal knapp. Zu beanstanden ist außerdem, dass die Duschen nur mit einer Art Chip funktionieren, welche man vor den Sensor halten muss. Dann hat man für einige Minuten Wasser, um dann eingeseift und frierend drauf warten muss, dass das Wasser nach gut fünf Minuten wieder angeht. So wird das Duschen zur Nervenprobe und macht überhaupt keinen Spaß! Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber, aber z.T. veraltet. Die Lage ist gut und es gibt für Kinder viel zu entdecken. Jetzt aber zum größten Kritikpunkt: der Service ist unter aller Kanone! Wir haben versehentlich zu viel Geld gezahlt und um Erstattung gebeten. Nach zwei Mails wurde uns versichert, wir erhalten das Geld zurück. Nach über einem Monat und weiteren Mails hat sich nichts getan und wir wurden ignoriert. Das geht gar nicht! Bis jetzt haben wir unser Geld immer noch nicht wieder. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir den Platz nicht wieder besuchen. Es fühlt sich so an als würde Mölke sich gerne an unserem Überweisungsfehler bereichern!
