Beautiful, well-kept site. Easy to get to, easy to find. Spacious pitches. You receive a warm welcome at reception. The lady is friendly and helpful. Modern and super clean sanitary facilities. Bread roll service. Electricity, supply and disposal, water directly at the pitches. Nice tours can be made by bike. Not far from the lock/barrage. The cycle path is below the dam. Highly recommended!

The first weekend of September we (family with 2 adults, a toddler and a baby) stayed here until Monday morning. We were supposed to go to another park that Monday, but because of the nice weather we decided to stay at Mölke the weekend before. In a few words; it was disappointing. The cottage we had booked fairly last minute was not cheap. It turned out to be very small and especially really very dirty and old. That it is small and old we should perhaps have judged better with the advance booking, but what a dirty cabin. To your senses everything was filthy and dirty, and you were constantly confronted with dust. I was barking with my dust allergy all weekend. You couldn't stay there during the day because of the heat either. It got so hot inside that it was almost unbearable without air conditioning. In addition, we had paid extra for made beds. Upon arrival, I was able to make our son's bed myself. The shower is life-threatening for children. If you turn the heat knob (easily accessible/controllable at toddler height) a tick too far to the right the water really gets so extremely hot that a child could seriously injure themselves. Furthermore, the cottage was so small that there was also just no possibility of a logical layout. There was absolutely NO closet space to store clothes etc. This resulted in us leaving bags and suitcases on the couch in the living area, just to change clothes there. Experienced the catering at the park as reasonably good. The food was good, but the principle of slow living (what the park advises you to do) better not be taken too literally. On Saturday night ordering fries and take-out would take about an hour and a half, and the restaurant we could not go to because we had not made reservations in time. Other facilities were pretty neat. Toilet blocks were clean as far as I saw, and the little pool was nice for a morning. Then the pluses: The surroundings are beautiful, so the highlight was a canoeing adventure with my 3-year-old son on the Regge River. That was really enjoyable. Also positive words for the youngest staff (teenagers) who did the boat rental with great enthusiasm, the cashier at the store and the animation for the youngest. In summary our experience with Mölke is 3 stars rounded up. I think the surroundings and the nice weather made it an excellent weekend. The cottage was really too rancid, and overpriced.

September with cold pools. They communicate that the pools are heated. Reception staff not cold , icy. Village tidy and clean.

Superb weekend getaway for the whole family, a calm and relaxing place with lots of activities for the whole family and super-friendly staff. A heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool, so you can enjoy it all year round. A large, pleasant family room. We recommend it!

The bungalows are very pleasant and well-equipped. The large terrace is very pleasant and the jacuzzi a real plus! A pity for the cleanliness which was not perfect, the sheets not in adequacy with the decoration of bungalow. The terraces are very clean, but there's a lack of privacy, especially around the jacuzzi, which makes it a little difficult to take full advantage of the outdoors.

We rented a bungalow for four nights. The bungalows are very outdated and absolutely not recommended. The sofa bed/bed bent all the way to the floor. Restful sleep was out of the question. Very minimalist furnishings. There are just the essentials for two people in the kitchen, but not even small bowls for muesli or similar. In addition, when the bed is folded out, you can't get between the table and the bed and have to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. The location of the campsite is good, right on the lake.

Well laid-out and friendly staff

We spent the month of September with a caravan at this campground / cottage complex. The park looks neat and is well organized. From the park you can very easily walk or bike into the woods. the location of the park is beautiful. We were on a field where the private sanitary building was shared with 4 others. We found it small and quite outdated. The fountain is not suitable for washing dishes or a hand wash. We were forced to do that in or near the caravan (there are no toilet buildings with facilities for that). We thought we would be in a quiet spot in Drenthe, but that turned out not to be the case. There is a lot of traffic on the nearby national highway. In addition, it was extra busy (September) because of all the agricultural traffic that was in full swing harvesting grass and corn. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Restaurant and snack bar prices are on the high side.

We camped here last because of the ride& bike in Essen and we will definitely come back. Great campsite and beautiful surroundings.

Pre-booked and paid but didn't have our booking on arrival (luckily I had it printed out). Unfortunately due to unexpected rain parts of the site were flooded. They allowed us to pitch on any large motorhome pitch in our camper. We were able to find something that wasn't under water. Large motorhome pitches were excellent, gravel and level. Good drainage compared to the grass. Toilet facilities were poor, lacked paper/soap and not clean. The site was incredibly noisy as there was a rave in a near by field, loud music till early hours and people returning to tents at 2/3 am very loudly and noisily.

Last we stayed here with our family (2 adults, a toddler and a baby) for a week in a Youpi Lodge. In a word: Fantastic. Although we had already heard from acquaintances that it is a nice park, especially for children, it exceeded all expectations. The park is really beautiful in a natural environment. The Youpi Lodge is great, what cozy and spacious cabins they are. Upon arrival we were particularly struck by how incredibly clean it was! We have experienced that differently elsewhere. My dust allergy and I are extremely grateful for that ;) Furthermore, really equipped with everything you need with, to top it off, the wonderful electrically adjustable box spring beds. The gas fireplace created a wonderful atmosphere and the cabin was warmed up in no time. Also the facilities at the park warm up great. It really is a walhalla for children. We thoroughly enjoyed the giant rabbit hole, the swimming pool, the modern bowling alleys and the gym. The latter I personally found a bit outdated and crowded. Despite that, everything functioned fine, and I was able to get in for a complete workout just fine. Restaurant/brasserie: Excellent. Great menu and delicious food. Quality of food not high, but very good for a vacation park. Finally, the thing I noticed most positively this vacation: The staff. Throughout the week really only saw cheerful and helpful staff. Really had very positive interactions with the staff of reception, store, restaurant, gym etc. etc. In summary: 5/5 score

Nice, small scale park. Cottages and construction park looks neat!
