Once again it was super! We will definitely come back again. Not all our kids had been, but in smaller groups or all together it is always the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a busy period. You can really escape the hustle and bustle together. The pony ride was also wonderful together. Thank you for this.

Super campsite but large pitches in the middle of nowhere

Very beautiful nature reserve, great lakes, paths and observation points. 3 euros per person is fair, but unfortunately many paths were closed. A sign at the entrance would be very helpful to plan the hiking route.

The resort in itself is fine. Nice and beautiful swimming pools, spacious, modern and clean sanitary facilities and a modern main building. Nevertheless, last July we left our safari tent (Windrose) earlier than planned. The tents are quite close together, 12 versus 12 and when they are all occupied it is very crowded. In terms of number of guests, but also in terms of noise. In addition, after four days we got three groups of young people directly around us and it felt more like Renesse than a family camping for which we came. After two afternoons and nights of noise we left. Unfortunately a negative experience regarding the safari tents, but I think the campsite and bungalows are fine otherwise.

Cozy and attractive campsite, friendly and helpful staff. A must for nature lovers and during the wet days lots of archaeological sights nearby. We will definitely come back!

I don't understand the other reviews, I found the welcome impeccable, only smiling people, whom we asked several times, so we met several of them! The same goes for the restaurant, with all the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. Service was a bit long, but it was the evening of the French national team match, so it was very busy. I'm quite sensitive to hospitality, being a salesman by profession, but in this case I honestly don't see what you can reproach them for. Sometimes, to be well received, you have to know how to say hello and be polite, otherwise, of course... As for the setting, it's superb, the facilities are top-quality and the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is unprecedented, absolutely spotless from morning to night. When we arrived by camper van, we spent a few days on a clean, well-maintained pitch: a small bonus for the little room for storing bikes. I promise I don't work there, but when I see the bill I don't understand it. Thanks to this campsite and all the staff, and m... to the angry people who expect us to treat them like kings when they don't know how to show a minimum of respect to others.

Topvakantie! Je verveelt je er nooit, je hebt een zwembad, een meer, waterpark in de buurt, stadjes om te bezoeken en je kan naar Spanje gaan.

Very good! Kind and helpful staff. They speak English and Dutch perfectly. Probably French to, but I cannot say. Me and my girlfriend were helped in every possible way we asked. The location is perfect for a barbecue. The train goes every hour during weekdays from liege to hamoir, and every other hour during the weekend. Supermarket in the nextdoor down Is next to the station, or can be walked to within an hour. However the walking route we took was not that pedestrian friendly. And the station of this town is in 5 minutes walking distance, so for €2.5 p.p i advice to take the train to the supermarket! Delivery option for dinner is however quite pricey. There is a lady that will drive to SY for €5 with less than mediocre and overpriced foods, so I do not advice that service. But that is not part of this camping village. I suggest the nextdoor restaurant in over her delivery service. The only thing to note relevant to the cabins is that the cabin that we rented has medium thick walls, and we heard a couple “getting it on” the last night, aswell as a gentleman was a loud snorer. Perhaps think about bringing ear covers for sleeping if necessary.

The peace and the friendly atmosphere at the campsite. The cottage with its own hot tub was also definitely worth repeating.
