There is a "concierge" walking around who calls you to tell you that your tent is in the wrong place. This man would be better off cleaning the plumbing. There are some vending machines but they just don't work and then you have to go far to a store. Camping with no atmosphere. Oh and DURING! i paid 195 euros for three nights! Not a pleasant stay here unfortunately

Really very nice place for the location nestled in the Tuscan hills , restaurant and bar with great service , prices a bit 'too high for the market , staff all really very nice from the pool to the reception , negative note unfortunately is the accommodation in my case , I took a masonry cottage thinking to have something more than the bungalow but not so . The cottage At our arrival in my opinion was closed for a long time or had not been cleaned properly , we found cobwebs on every door , air conditioner practically unusable because of the vent almost completely clogged with cobwebs , windows without mosquito nets and kitchen practically falling apart in the interior cabinets . Too bad because the bathroom was practically new , you could see that it was newly renovated . Improved this important aspect the place is really ok for those seeking tranquility and peace

Not recommended! This campsite is purely a transit site. Constant arrivals and departures. There are quiet times but these are ignored! There are also more dogs than campers on the site. (constant noise pollution) In general, the site is fine.

The houses are an imposition! We booked a house in the 600 hundred house number range. 1. I can already see myself being swapped on the basis of the photo description on the website. A detached house is shown there. However, the park is actually built up to the last meter. There is no unobstructed view, and from the vacation homes of the 600 houses you are looking at a wall of bushes and shrubs. 2. the houses heat up unbearably at outside temperatures of around 20 degrees. We sometimes had temperatures of around 40 degrees inside as soon as the sun shone on the house. A few houses have air conditioning, but without it it is an imposition. Then there is the plague of mosquitoes. Here too, only air conditioning can help or the house is full of mosquitoes. Even the nets on the windows don't help because at some point the house has to be aired and then the bugs invade the house in droves. A quiet night is out of the question as we were covered in dozens of bites. 3. due to the proximity to the factories in Rotterdam, there is a smell of burnt oil in the air, depending on the direction of the wind. It has nothing to do with a fresh sea breeze. 4. the mattresses are small and of poor quality. The bathrooms stink unbearably, as the odors penetrate from the sewage system, no airing or use helps here, after a short time the bathrooms stink again. 5. the house we rented is heated in winter with infrared panels on the ceiling using electricity. Not very ecological and energy-saving. In my opinion, the park is not to be recommended.

Great The environment is perfect. Whether you choose to spend time with your partner, family or friends, it's all there. Relaxation or activity, everything is possible. The pitches are shaded, the river pleasant and accessible from the campsite in several places. The sanitary facilities are top-notch. There are no water games for the little ones, but there is a paddling pool.

Super nice to be at your campsite with the caravan. Artificial grass was super nice. And the comfort place with plumbing was very nice to have next to the caravan. Pool very clean.

Liked: Nice area with tall trees , strong WI-FI , nice clean park , good stuff and service , good and clean facilities It is rally good for families with childrens Disliked: If you looking for quiet relaxing place this is not right choice( in holiday season ). There was a lot of Dutch families ( 90% and more ) with extremely screaming children's Pitches are not divided from sides therefore you are directly next to your neighbor ( 2m distance )

I was pleased with: Spacious site, good sanitation. Friendly reception. Close to beautiful trails.

I was in August with 3 friends and now in September with family....what can I say...really nice and well organized, supermarkets, many restaurants and taste stores. |Super pools, hp loved the upper lagoon!|With the friends we had a 2-story tent, very nice but a bit uncomfortable for people of a certain age, while with the grandchildren I opted for a cottage., comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, although a bit dated.

I stayed from August 20 to September 01 at this campground and I must say that it was among the best I have stayed at. The pine forest maintains a more than pleasant climate along with the sea breeze. I stayed in the elite bay, I must say an appreciable and well equipped facility. Not bad the water park, of course it is not an "aquafan," but to spend a half day is more than fine, definitely balances the beach not optimal for families in the sense that the sea drops abruptly and may not always please children. The beach, indeed, I enjoyed the variety of fish, as did my daughter who enjoyed snorkeling, of course if you go here, tour the beaches in the surrounding area because they deserve and a lot. Sore note, the beach service, I was amazed to never find the umbrella open and to notice that there is no "cleaning service" with any trash, left on the small umbrella table well into the following days. I had left a paper in the ashtray and there it remained the whole vacation, other umbrella neighbors had left glasses and whatnot and there they remained.|Restaurant/Pizzeria honestly expensive

Positive point: the view from the campsite is magnificent, with a top-notch lake for swimming. On the negative side, the restaurant manager was not very pleasant, refusing customers even though there were still free tables when we arrived, and it was very difficult to get a pizza. The cook was on vacation, as were the customers. Swimming pool not maintained (dirty, weeds). Mojito without mint... |A lot of food shortages and the campsite master word is sorry and blames koawa...|Camping with great potential but untapped which is a shame.
