Camping Le Lac BleuThe campsite has enormous potential, unfortunately the management is totally incompetent. More and more campsites are part of larger organizations, so much charm and quality is lost. Who feels responsible anymore? It is only about bringing in money, but for example decent hot water does not have to be provided. Contact with the Koawa organization itself was just as disappointing as with the campground manager. Never again a Koawa campsite for us!

De camping heeft enorm veel potentie, helaas is het management totaal incompetent. Steeds meer campings zijn onderdeel van grotere organisaties, waardoor veel charme en kwaliteit verloren gaat. Wie voelt zich nog verantwoordelijk? Het gaat alleen nog maar om geld binnenhalen, maar bijvoorbeeld fatsoenlijk warm water hoeft niet geleverd te worden. Contact met de Koawa organisatie zelf was al even teleurstellend als met de camping-manager. Voor ons nooit meer een Koawa camping!

Camping ColleverdeQuiet location with a pool. Very convenient location to visit Siena. The bus to the City Center stops right in front of the entrance. We did not try the restaurant but it looked good. We went there without a reservation as you cannot book for less than 5 days but it was no problem to get a space for a Campervan.

Camping LestaubièreLiked: We loved our stay at Lestaubiere the site was spacious and very clean well kept. It was well located for cycling routes and close to Bergerac and an easy drive to Bordeaux. We like the shed on the premium pitch with fridge, tables chairs and cooking facilities. Great value lovely site.

Centro Vacanze IsuleddaWe leave today this vacation resort where we returned for the second time the first time in 2022. The place is lovely surrounded by a splendid sea and a beautiful white beach a great starting point to visit the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald coast. Our accommodation was in a room with half board. The rooms are spacious but the cleanliness should be much improved. I must say that after I complained the ladies at the front desk immediately took action and from the next day the cleaning was done with greater thoroughness. Compared to our previous experience the thing that disappointed us the most was the animation . We expected to find the same group as in 2022 whose shows made all evenings enjoyable after a day spent out and about. In 13 days of stay I saw only one spettatolo made by them for the rest musical shows where the protagonists should have been the guests themselves repetitive even in the seguenza of the musical selection. Another note really to review is that the entertainment is only in Italian when more than half of the guests are foreigners. We are in Sardinia at least one of the team who can speak English and translate what should be the evening's entertainment I think is necessary. A thank you goes to the self service girls who were always kind and always helpful unlike the male figure who was in charge of the tablesi who if you unfortunate enough got up to get something you would come back and find your table cleared. I would say this is just not good I understand the tiredness but here we border on rudeness to the customer. The place is great but I urge the managers to better monitor the efficiency of services rendered. Who knows maybe we will see each other again.

Lasciamo oggi questo centro vacanze dove siamo tornati per la seconda volta la prima nel 2022. Il posto è incantevole circondato da un mare splendido e una bellissima spiaggia bianca un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le spiagge più belle della costa smeralda. La nostra sistemazione era in camera con trattamento di mezza pensione. Le camere sono spaziose ma la pulizia andrebbe migliorata di molto. Devo dire che dopo essermi lamentata le signore della reception si sono subito attivate e dal giorno successivo le pulizie sono state fatte con una maggiore accuratezza. Rispetto alla precedente esperienza la cosa che ci ha deluso di più è stata l’animazione . Ci aspettavamo di trovare lo stesso gruppo del 2022 che con i loro spettacoli rendevano piacevoli tutte le serate dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro. In 13 giorni di permanenza ho visto solo uno spettatolo fatto da loro per il resto spettacoli musicali dove i protagonisti sarebbero dovuti essere gli ospiti stessi ripetitivi anche nelle seguenza della selezione musicale. Altra nota veramente da rivedere è che l’intrattenimento è solo in italiana quando più della metà degli ospiti sono stranieri. Siamo in Sardegna almeno uno delle equipe che sappia parlare in inglese e che traduca quello che dovrebbe essere l’intrattenimento della serata credo sia necessario. Un grazie va alle ragazze del self service sempre gentili e sempre disponibili diversamente dalla figura maschile che si occupava dei tavolii che se malauguratamente ti alzavi per prendere qualcosa tornavi e ti trovavi il tavolo sparecchiato. Direi che questo proprio non va bene capisco la stanchezza ma qui rasentiamo la maleducazione verso il cliente. Il posto è fantastico ma invito i gestori a monitorare meglio l’efficienza dei servizi resi. Chissà forse ci rivedremo.

Campo dei Fiori (Glamping4all)Terrible noise from the entertainment. Every night, often until 11 pm. In itself nice that they offer entertainment for the children, but why so loud and so late? We left here after 2 nights, earlier than planned.||||Maar honest. The campsite is otherwise top. Large sites with plenty of shade. Facilities are good. The swimming pool is big and beautiful. So if do not like peace and quiet it is otherwise a really nice place.

Vreselijk veel lawaai van de entertainment. Elke avond, vaak tot 23 uur. Opzich leuk dat ze entertainment bieden voor de kinderen, maar waarom zo hard en zo laat? We zijn hier na 2 nachten vertrokken, eerder dan gepland.||||Maar eerlijk. De camping is verder top. Grote plekken met veel schaduw. Faciliteiten zijn goed. Het zwembad is groot en mooi. Als niet van rust houdt is het dus verder echt een fijne plek.

I had booked it for a cozy family getaway with the grandchildren, grandparents, ourselves and the two babies. The first thing we noticed was how incredibly dirty the floors were. They were so dirty that we got black feet, and the babies, who were happily crawling around, soon had black hands and knees. I don't even want to think about how long it had been since there had been proper cleaning. My husband and I ended up just wiping the floors by hand, since there were no cleaning supplies and we couldn't reach the staff. So, we just did it ourselves.|In the beginning, the atmosphere was otherwise fine: friendly neighbors and a cozy environment. But when it was time to sleep, everything turned around. It really was a disaster. First, there were no screens for the windows, which meant you had to keep them closed to avoid being stung by mosquitoes. In itself that would still be doable, were it not for the fact that there were no fans either. We spent the night in stifling heat, sweating until we were sticking to our mattresses. We couldn't turn over without feeling stuck, like we were flies on flypaper. It was a terrible night, with no ventilation, and it literally made me sick. My husband didn't feel well the next morning either, although it remains a mystery whether that was because of this.||The mattresses, moreover, were terrible. It looked like we were lying on a Velcro box spring with a rock-hard, plastic mattress on top. I almost suspect that these mattresses accidentally came from a tabletop factory. The pillow that came with it almost caused me to suffer a neck hernia. The bedding was neatly wrapped in plastic bags, which in itself is not a problem, but for this price I would have expected at least a decent mattress and washable bedding.|and that's not even mentioning the WiFi. For WiFi here you have to pay per person, something we only found out at the reception. Luckily, we thought we would have 5G, but that also turned out to be an illusion. The connection was so bad that we barely had 3G, with no signal for phone calls at all. Ze waren zo smerig dat we zwarte voeten kregen, en de baby's, die vrolijk rondkropen, hadden al snel zwarte handen en knieën. Ik wil er niet eens over nadenken hoe lang het geleden is dat er goed is schoongemaakt. Mijn man en ik hebben uiteindelijk maar met de hand de vloeren afgenomen, aangezien er geen schoonmaakspullen aanwezig waren en we het personeel niet konden bereiken. Dus, deden we het maar zelf.||In het begin was de sfeer verder prima: vriendelijke buren en een gezellige omgeving. Maar toen het tijd was om te slapen, sloeg alles om. Het was echt een ramp. Ten eerste waren er geen horren voor de ramen, wat betekende dat je ze dicht moest houden om niet lek gestoken te worden door muggen. Op zich zou dat nog te doen zijn, ware het niet dat er ook geen ventilators waren. We hebben de nacht doorgebracht in verstikkende hitte, zwetend tot we aan onze matrassen plakten. We konden ons niet omdraaien zonder het gevoel te hebben vast te zitten, alsof we vliegen op vliegenpapier waren. Het was een vreselijke nacht, zonder enige ventilatie, en ik werd er letterlijk ziek van. Mijn man voelde zich de volgende ochtend ook niet goed, al blijft het een raadsel of dat hierdoor kwam.||De matrassen waren bovendien verschrikkelijk. Het leek wel alsof we op een boxspring met klittenband lagen, met daarop een keihard, plastic matras. Ik vermoed bijna dat deze matrassen per ongeluk uit een fabriek voor tafelbladen komen. Het kussen dat erbij zat, zorgde ervoor dat ik bijna een nekhernia opliep. Het beddengoed zat netjes verpakt in plastic zakken, wat op zich geen probleem is, maar voor deze prijs had ik toch op zijn minst een fatsoenlijk matras en wasbaar beddengoed verwacht.||En dan heb ik het nog niet eens over de WiFi. Voor WiFi moet je hier per persoon betalen, iets waar we pas achter kwamen bij de receptie. Gelukkig dachten we dat we 5G zouden hebben, maar dat bleek ook een illusie. De verbinding was zo slecht dat we nauwelijks 3G hadden, met geen enkel signaal voor telefoongesprekken. Zelfs de tv, die uit 2010 leek te komen en alleen een aansluiting had, deed het amper.||Tot slot was er ook nog een spinnenplaag, wat de ervaring er niet beter op maakte. Holiday Park DuinhoeveWe booked a chalet. It turned out to be dirty and full of mild. I have asthma and the moment we entered the mold spores from the walls and living room couch triggered a bad asthma attack that I didn’t recover well even by September. It is a health hazard. Those chalets should be closed and disinfected and treated appropriate. I am thinking of all those families with small children that go and cannot afford a 5 stars hotels, they get their children sick of asthma.

Camping Castel L'Orangerie de LannironThe spa area is amazing. Hot tub, sauna and steam room. €15 for two hours. You can also take a dip in the indoor pool as it’s next door. We will definitely be booking again. Eurocamp caravan spotless and perfect. Site restaurant looks great and booked in for tomorrow night.

(stop samenwerking) Le Vieux PortThis campsite claims to be a 5-star establishment, but it's not, and doesn't live up to the quality of the services it offers.|I rented a wooden cabin on stilts for 5 people (there were 3 of us: 1 adult, 2 children).|First of all, when we arrived, the bathroom linen kit was missing, as well as the bed linen kit for which I had paid a supplement. Imagine having driven all day, it's very hot and you can't take a shower because there are no towels. As for the list of equipment in the cabin (crockery, cutlery, etc.), you should know that there is no inventory either on arrival or on departure, which means that when I did the inventory on arrival, some things were missing. I went to the reception desk to report this, and had to call them back at least three times before I finally received some missing utensils, others that I hadn't reported and others that were still missing. I finally gave up because I'd already wasted enough time. The time you spend at reception is deducted from the time you could have spent enjoying your stay. There's no traceability when you make a request at reception, so you have to re-explain every time.|Special mention for the only stove whose Teflon coating was a distant memory.|I should have received a welcome kit on my arrival (a sponge, a roll of toilet paper, a wipe, a household detergent pod, a bottle of rosé wine) which I only found out about by chance on my departure when I noticed that an employee had put it on the neighbor's table after he had left, and that he had given it to me afterwards.|I made a written complaint on the spot at the request of reception. I was contacted on my return by email to tell me that all these shortcomings were unacceptable and that they were going to improve, but that this did not justify a commercial gesture. Ce camping se targue d'être un 5 étoiles mais ce n'en est pas un, il n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité des prestations qu'il propose.|J'avais loué une cabane en bois sur pilotis pour 5 personnes.(nous étions 3 : 1 adulte, 2 enfants).|Tout d'abord à notre arrivée le kit de linge de toilette était manquant, ainsi que le kit de draps pour lesquels j'avais payé un supplément.Imaginez d'avoir roulé la journée, il fait très chaud et pas possible de prendre de douche car pas de serviettes de toilette. Certes nous avons reçu le linge de toilette en fin de journée mais celui ci était humide.|Pour ce qui est de la liste de l'équipement de la cabane (vaisselle ...) sachez que à votre arrivée il n'y a pas d'inventaire ni à l'arrivée ni au départ ce qui implique que ayant fait l'inventaire a mon arrivée, il manquait des choses. Je suis allé à la réception pour le signaler, j'ai dut les relancer au moins trois fois pour qu'au final je reçoive certains ustensiles manquants, d'autres que je n'avais signalé et d'autres toujours manquants. A croire qu'ils s'étaient trompé de liste d'inventaire mais non c'était bien la mienne.J'ai finalement abandonné car j'avais déjà assez perdu de temps. Temps que vous passez à la réception et qui est déduit du temps que vous auriez put passer à profiter de votre séjour. Il n'y a aucune traçabilité lorsque vous faites une demande à la réception donc vous devez à chaque fois reexpliquer.|Mention spéciale pour l'unique poêle dont le revêtement en Téflon n'était qu'un lointain souvenir.|J'aurai dut recevoir à mon arrivée un kit de bienvenue (une éponge, un rouleau de papier toilette, une lingette, dosette pdt de ménage, une bouteille de vin rosé) dont je n'ai eu connaissance que par hasard à mon départ lorsque j'ai constaté qu'un employé le déposait sur la table du voisin après son départ et qu'il m'a fait du coup bénéficier à posteriori.|J'ai fait une réclamation écrite sur place à la demande de la réception. J'ai été contacté à mon retour par email pour me signaler que tout ces manquements étaient inadmissible qu'ils allaient s'améliorer mais que cela ne justifiait pas un geste commercial. Ne serait ce que par exemple nous offrir une pizza pendant le séjour pour le préjudice subit.|J'estime que pour le prix du séjour et les prestations qui étaient comprises cela n'est pas à la hauteur d'un soit disant 5 étoiles, je ne prendrai pas de risques la prochaine fois.

Camping le RotjaLiked: Large shaded pitches, clean toilets and bathrooms and my husband loved the disabled shower room which was perfect for his needs! The host was fabulous and did his best to help us have a lovely stay! Disliked: Nothing to dislike!
