Just a nice one to unwind for a while🙂

Of course it depends on what you expect but everything was just short of expectations. The accommodation is actually a mobile home in disguise. Very thin walls and you can literally hear everything going on in the other rooms, including the toilet. The kitchen equipment was also less. As a comparison we have the stay at Europarcs Limburg. Of course, it may be that we are a little more spoiled.

Just went to check it out for some info. Is a quiet and neat park. Have no idea about the rooms and service at the park. The reception and technical service are all very helpful and friendly! Appreciated.

Super campsite, well planted with trees, the welcome from the team (young, dynamic, very friendly and accommodating) is really top-notch! In this month of November, the sanitary facilities are heated and very clean. It's even possible to reserve pastries and bread the evening before for the following day, which is quite rare in this season. The lake is very beautiful, there are some great walks to be had, and for fishing enthusiasts, there's fishing available. Barbotan is 10 minutes away and Cazaubon (with an Intermarché) is just 20 minutes away on foot. It's a perfect place to relax, at least out of season. We'll be back for sure!

W8j had with the family 6 cottages. Our cottage kitchen door broken, freezer door can not close, shower door does not close, missing lamps. No coffee table etc etc. In another cottage even fixed the cistern of the toilet with tape. Too much to mention. Staff in contrast very friendly and helpful. Location perfect.

Campground located on a hill with consequent ups and downs . If you want to visit Siena it is an ideal place to stay. Restaurant and market provided , bus stop a short distance from the campsite . Siena is worth visiting ! , the campsite also !

Extremely disappointed by this campsite! - The house had not been cleaned. Numerous spiders and cobwebs were everywhere in the house. - There was dust on furniture such as lamps, chests of drawers, etc. - Stains on sheets - Accessories normally included in the cabin were not there, such as the coffee maker or extra toilet paper. - Absolutely NOBODY was present during the entire stay to look after us. Nothing open in the afternoon, no restaurant, no grocery store, no reception, nothing. No one to welcome us or when we left. For a campsite, it's essential to have staff on hand to help us improve our stay, and to enquire about our satisfaction, and this was clearly not the case. We're very disappointed. After making all this known, no commercial gesture was offered, even though the rate is far too expensive for what it really is. All we got was "sorry" or "yes, the cleaning was done, yes, there were accessories" 👍 We won't say thank you or see you soon, unfortunately.

Good morning,I hosted American relatives with you last year,they had a great time,and as you already know,they left excellent references. I was wondering if ,your guests/residents could use deliveries of full food shopping,wines and bevades,cutting boards and mixed meats x coals. Thank you and again congratulations x your management 👍
